「I accidentally bookeed a disability room ...it just said accessible and I was tired ...I asked for a bottom floor if possible ...he said no problem when i saw there was no tub . I went back asked for a room with tub he said i booked that room only ...i said I only asked for no smoking he said u chose disability room ...he was rude and argumentative the whole time said I would have to pay $5 to change rooms so i kept the room ...overall nice room .... heat didnt heat much and the shower did...

「The entire property and our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Having an ice machine nearby in addition to the kitchen in our suite was a plus. Breakfast was fabulous and coffee was great!」

「I never write reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary! The receptionist at check in was awesome and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! At first glance the room is as pictured in the app. The building is secure, as you need your key card to open the outside doors. But that is the extent of the positive aspects of this hotel! 「lamp and alarm clock were unplugged upon arrival; inside of lampshade was covered in cobwebs; curtains were damaged; sink was not cleaned, wall & bottom of shower could use cleaning as well; pretty sure the sheets were not changed after the last person. nothing worth changing a one-night stay over, but wouldn’t stay for more than that. front desk people were very nice though :)」

「The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. However, we had asked for non-smoking rooms and even though both of our rooms were labeled as such, the smell of smoke was so strong in one of them, that we ended up asking for a different room. The manager was happy to oblige. If you just need a clean, cheap place to crash, as an overnighter, this is for you. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay this is not it. 「Room was clean, condition of the overall room was pretty bad. We were put in a handicap room for some reason which was not the issue, someone had pulled the curtain closing rods off the curtain along with pulling the curtain off the curtain rod. The bathroom had one of the towel rods had one of the supports pulled out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower barrel can out of the shower head and cleared the fixture. The bathroom sink bowl was too small for the opening in the bathroom...
