"Nature is perfect I Like it but they charge me for Breakfast food and Juices that 1st server said were included in the package, after the fact they change their mind and charge me for the free Items list that was indicated from the beginning, indicating that from the original list some items were still chargeable. No good they need proper training and be honest from the beginning with clients. ether it is free or not??? Very confused and upset we decided not to go back to have breakfast. "

The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not. "We booked to stay for 4 days we lasted 1 night. They don’t have staff, the restaurant closes at 3pm. No alcohol, no food. There is no restaurants around it. No stores to bit any needs. Our tv remote didn’t has batteries we were told they can bring them the next day. There was no WiFi and the signal was terrible so we had no mobile service or TV. Don’t waste your money. Stay at Cancun not Tulum "

"I’m so happy I found this resort. The Air Suite we booked was a dream come true and felt like a treehouse. It was private, surrounded by palm trees and the concrete and wood gave it a soothing minimalist feel that was so relaxing and comforting. The dual shower…exquisite. The best part was the private rooftop deck and plunge pool. We had total privacy and felt surrounded in beauty. The free breakfast was delicious with good options and the hotel restaurant was unbelievable. Their breakfast and dinner service was outstanding. You must try the squid and shrimp empanadas. Our room steward, Raquel, was so kind and accommodating whether it was restaurant suggestions or helping us navigate the area to even making sure we were comfortable. The front desk is also so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It was truly a dream come true experience and we cannot wait to return, the staff made us feel like we are family. "
