This cosy 30 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor of the house in Grebastica offers a comfortable retreat for up to three people. Ideal for couples or small families, the accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living area, and a modern bathroom with a shower.The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle enables convenient self-catering. The private terrace with awning, table and chairs is also inviting, perfect for relaxed meals outdoors. WiFi, satellite TV and a communally usable washing machine are also available. Bed linen and towels are included, a baby bed can be provided upon request.The holiday home is located just around 50 metres from the gravel beach, so you can enjoy the proximity to the sea at any time. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the town centre are within walking distance. The quiet hillside location offers a green environment and invites you to take relaxing walks.The property includes a garden with a barbecue area and a children's playground. In addition, there is a boat mooring and a trailer parking space that can be used for a fee and upon request. Please note that a small additional fee also applies for the use of the communal washing machine.Whether beach holiday, family time or active holiday - this apartment is the perfect starting point for discovering Northern Dalmatia with its diverse leisure opportunities such as water sports, hiking and cultural excursions.

Das Objekt hat keine 3 Sterne verdien! Meerblick: Nein, man schaut auf eine Hecke Backofen: Umluft funktioniert nicht, nur Ober-Unterhitze Mikrowelle: Nein Filterkaffeeapparat: Nein Internet geht in der Wohnung fast gar nicht, nur im Freien Besitzerin kommt ständig mit guten Ratschlägen an, keine Privatsphäre. Bootsliegeplatz und Nähe zum Meer super, Parkplatz top
