Fort Worth Sid Richardson Museum Hotels

"The hotel room smelled of a heavy synthetic fragrance. It was nauseating. We asked for a room switch and the front desk clerk was super nice and switched our room. We went to the next one and it was a pretty strong bleach smell but we could live with that. When the AC/fam came on that night, it pumped out that same fragrance odor. We had a hard time sleeping and had terrible headaches in the morning. My daughter got a migraine. We had to find a different hotel for the second night. I asked if we could get a refund since we were checking out before the deadline and she was going to ask a manger and let me know. I never heard from them. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"Location was perfect, hotel was quiet, staff pleasant, room was large and very clean(crucial). I would definitely stay here again, although I do wish it had a pool. We did park at a nearby parking garage because parking at the hotel was ridiculously expensive . "

"The hotel is very nice. The hot tub was broken, which was very disappointing. Would have been nice if there was a note on the website concerning that. There was no hot water, we were unable to shower at all on Saturday night had to wait until Sunday morning. Pretty major inconvenience. We dealt with it. Breakfast was amazing. Nice location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants/shopping."

"We took the train from OKC to forth worth and picked this hotel for the location. It’s walking distance from the train station and also the location is good to walk around downtown to all the restaurants and it’s only a 9 min walk to Sundance square. Staff was great and super helpful. Complementary waters every day all day long if you just ask the front desk. "

"Awesome time, clean room. The pool was heated I thought, but it wasn't. There's no fan in the bathroom, we should have brought air freshener. Nice smoking area, one of our group is a smoker and he really liked it. Super friendly and helpful staff. If we get back to Fort Worth, we'll stay here again."
