「The staff are great and go out of their way to help you, the grounds are nice - lots of greenery, but the resort in not well maintained- during heavy rain, lots of parts of the building, including 2 of our rooms, got flooded. Also there's a very strong smell of sewer in some rooms that comes and goes.
Additionally, the food handling is questionable as all 6 of us had tummy troubles at different points in our vacation, and when we watched the kitchen stuff handle raw and cooker food with the same...

「Wir hatten ein Standartzimmer mit Swimmup Pool und Terasse gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr alt , die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen ( man konnte sie jederzeit von außen aufschieben) auch nach Reklamation bekamen sie das nicht in den Griff( hätte die komplette Terrassentür getauscht werden müssen. In mehreren Ecken war Schimmel, das Bad alt auch in den Ecken mit Schimmel und immer feucht , Dusche am Ablauf schwarz mit Schimmel, Handtücher und Bettbezüge waren dauerhaft feucht . Die Terasse...
