First day there the whole police station was there the lady up front barley speaks English so you don’t even understand her she’s rude and the beds are harder than a road might as well go sleep outside carpet had stains all over shower broke when turning handle and then they charge you for it even tho it’s been broke and overall there definition of a breakfast in some nasty waffle batter and a waffle cooker and a few gas station bought pastries

Clean, inexpensive room that included breakfast and served our needs well. I did not like how freezing cold the room was and the loud heater woke me up the few times it did kick on.

This is an old building with track stained carpet. The Person behind the desk didn't even know the restaurant across the parking lot was closed down, she said the food was pretty good. There was mold in the shower of our traveling companions. The ice machine didn't work. Won't go back.

We arrived about 11:30 pm and desk was unattended. Note said to call a phone number, which took me twice calling it to get someone to come to the desk. Room was pretty dated, beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Sink didn't drain well, unless you flushed the toilet at the same time? In my experience, this is comparable to a $60-70 hotel room, but twice the price. There was also broken car window glass in the parking lot near entrance, creating a concern about the safety of it's location. Website said breakfast is only Monday through Friday and we checked out on a Saturday. When leaving, we did notice they were serving self made waffles and hostess cupcakes for breakfast items.

It would be nice if they added boiled evgs or fruit to the breakfast, if not using the warming tray sitting on the counter for a hot breakfast.

Room was really dirty—stains on sheets, ring in toliet, smoke stains on bathroom ceiling. Lights did not work. No outlet by the bed—limited outlets generally. Breakfast was barren. Staff was really nice, most redeeming quality about the property.

There were pee stained sheets on the bed. As in huge yellow spots covering the entire one side almost so we ended up sleeping on top of the blankets. When we came down for breakfast an hour after it started there was nothing there

If you want high quality, good amenities, etc. This is not your place. If 3.75 or 4 out of 5 for clean, 2.5 out 5 for quality of building and 1.5 for breakfast. If that is acceptable to you this is a good place. By the way, there is a Safeway, with a Starbucks, across the street and on the other side of the block, so for a little effort a much better breakfast is available. It is a value property, and it is a good value. If you want high quality, go somewhere else but if all you need is a clean bed and a good night's sleep this is a very good place. Just do not expect more than what you are paying for.

Never Again
Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been in some dumps. Took about 20 minutes to get someone to come to the counter to check in (dude was nice when finally arriving). Room hadn’t been cleaned from prior guest. Shower didn’t work. Couldn’t tell anyone because there was no one around to tell. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheapest hotel for a reason. Look elsewhere.

This was not a good property. The amenities didn't work no vending machines and working condition just laundry not working properly, in the room was just okay, hotel needs to be cleaned and revamped immediately.

Good for a Rest
Keep in mind this is an Older Hotel in a Small town... With that you get what you pay for. Room was clean and it was a place to lay your head. Beds were hard, BUT after 19 hrs of driving I didnt care. Not much offered for Breakfast. Overall it wasn't bad.

We checked it at 630 pm the night of check in and our room had not been cleaned bed was striped and trash cans were still over full front desk was not very helpful wanted us to wait for our room to be clean we could not wait as we had places to be then moved us to a different room after returning back to hotel our room key would not work as we were listed in a different room in the computer.

We arrived at 7:30, nobody was at the desk. A sign said "dial 0 for service". I did, and the phone behind the desk rang. And rang. And rang. After 10 minutes, my SO walked the entire hotel to look for someone. Nobody around. We were tired and hungry, so after 20 minutes of letting the phone ring we gave up and went to the Hampton.

The place smelled a bit damp, but it was very cheap and very clean. No complaints as we got what we paid for. Staff was fine, not overly nice but helpful when needed. Free breakfast wifi and TV, can’t complain

We reserved our room in March for an end of June stay. After being in the road for 10 hours, we arrived to find they had given our room away, even with our reservations. No excuse, just sorry we have no more pet rooms available (which is specifically what we reserved). This left us to try to find another hotel at 11pm. Thanks to Best Western Plus for aiming to our rescue! Now it is up to us to fight for a refund.
