It was a very easy process communicating with the host, as well as checking in. We would have liked to know before going that dogs weren’t allowed on the bed. Otherwise we quite enjoy the house and the fireplace.

Very quaint and situated within a beautiful townsite. Handy to downtown Sidney and the Swartz Bay ferries. The home was well stocked with household and cleaning items, with two smart TVs and wifi connections. Especially enjoyed the family-book room. The host was very responsive to communication.

This place is perfect!

Our stay at Zoe’s was perfect! It was the ideal spot to have my friends bachelorette (with Zoe’s permission! Thank you again!!) and get ready for the wedding. The inside space was more than enough room for all of us and the outside was an awesome bonus! We didn’t get to try the karaoke machine, but even still, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Zoe was flexible and accommodating with my last minute requests and so quick to respond to any questions I had. If you are looking for somewhere for your family or group of friends to stay, this is the one. Everyone had their own space while still being “together”. The proximity to the ferry and airport were much appreciated for the out of towners and the proximity to Sidney’s many bakeries and coffee shops were a big plus too. A wonderful spot and as relaxing as a pre-wedding can be!

A pleasant stay.

Our overall stay was very good. Our only request would be to change the TV to cable. The streaming provider was too limiting in terms of live programming such as news programs and we found it too complicated to use easily.

Overall impression was good. Although Netflix and Roku were available, local broadcast television was impossible to access. House rules are emphatic that no cannabis is to be smoked on the property, even outside, so I had to go walk up and down the street to smoke. The cooking utensils were more suited to short stays and occasional meals than long stays and everyday cooking.

Loved the fact that the photos and description of the property matched the contents of the home. From start to finish, the host, Zoe, was attentive to our needs, quickly responding to any inquiry both before and during our stay. Very responsive host

My first Air B & B experience, and I was happy. Learned to open and close all drawers & cupboards to see what was what. A very complete inventory of anything you might need. My sister-in-law who was with me, thought her room was very cramped, and one of the beds was fine, other was not (she used the fine one). Not fancy but a nice area, close to everything, quiet.
