酒店環境及設計頗有渡假感覺，位置不近酒吧街，坐tuk tuk 2-3美元，酒店斜面對有個地道市場，有生果及小食。 房間大，清潔，水壓夠力，唯有浴缸去水好慢，露台很舒服，酒店泳池也很好，早餐選擇多。 由於入住前一天是我生日，酒店特別送上一個生日蛋糕，很貼心。 唯美中不足；入住當天，向酒店職員説了，回程是傍晚飛機，職員同意可延遲至下午4時退房，但，到了退房當日，前台說延遲退房需另收附加費，當初是職員的承諾，最後酒店方面，說没有職員應承過我，令到整件事情是因我貪心所至似的，抱著不愉快的心情離開酒店。

酒店的裝飾佈置雖然不算輝煌，但很優雅，大堂寬敞，給旅客有很舒適優閒的感覺。服務員一般都很有禮貌，英語
一般來説對這個國家的印象不錯，很和平、優閒，沒有香港那般緊張，市民對生活好像很滿足。街道整齊清潔，購物亦很方便。一般景點距離酒店不遠，市中心的購物設施亦很完善，但相比價錢就略為昂貴，除非是本土的出品，價錢還可接受。餐飲食物都較為貴，其他自行安排的活動，例如ATV—自駕電動車及射鎗等就非常昂貴，但因較為特別，亦可接受。

酒店設施完善的渡假環境。
酒店環境舒適，餐飲提供非常足夠，可以是悠閒的在泳池邊閒坐或經過一天戶外旅遊有一個舒適的地方恢復能量再出發。同時接近市場和市中心，有很多活動可以選擇。

Good location, near the river, and near airport, and some good restaurant nearby, just take tuk-tuk about 5 minutes, or walk 15 minutes. Hotel staff was very friendly and smile always!

Even though we arrived the hotel at 10:30am, the staff arranged early check-in so we can go to our room earlier(usual check-in time is 2pm). We planned to view sunrise at Angkor Wat so we can't have breakfast in the hotel. On the day before (around 10pm), we called the front desk to arrange breakfast take away. When we left the hotel at 4:40am, the breakfast take away boxes were ready so we enjoyed our breakfast while waiting for the sunrise.

我們入住了三晚，酒店提供免費機場接送服務，如要到夜市、酒吧街，酒店亦可為住客召喚Tuk-Tuk，每程US$2，如果步行，要花約半小時，位置不算方便，勝在感覺寧靜。酒店的泳池和Sauna都很舒服，甚少蚊蟲，可以好好享受。我們Check-out後尚有數小時才坐飛機，仍然可以使用酒的泳池、健身室和Sauna，亦可梳洗後才離開，安排很體貼。員工們都有禮、友善，並很細心。酒店早餐選擇充足，味道好。

On the whole, we had good experience in the hotel as the environment was relaxing and clean. And staff were helpful...but travellers should pay extra attention on the tours as recommended by the hotel's tuk tuk driver and staff... Though we had plan to join some preferred tours, the hotel led u to join their preference .

Wonderful experience in Siem Reap
We stayed 5 days in Siem Reap and the experience was unforgettable. The service is excellent, every staff in the hotel is really helpful. They are always active to ask whether you need help or where you want to go, etc. The service is as good as if they treat you as the king of the hotel. The breakfast is much better than expected, with a great variety of food choice, and also a brilliant view to the pool. The room is very tidy with a wooden floor which shows a strong atmosphere of Khmer style. It also gives us a very "clean feeling" compared with carpet floors of other hotels. A staff called Thomas always socialises with us which gives us more information about the country. It's definitely a great stay in the Borei and I hope to stay here again in the my next trip in Cambodia. The only drawback is that the wifi in room is a bit slower than expected and it has a limit on devices entry (only 2 devices maximum).

Had an enjoyable time at Borei. Good variety of foods provided at breakfast, service good as well. Not far away from pub street, around 15 -20 minutes's walk. If you dun like walking, you can take a tuk tuk from the hotel and it costs 2 dollars.
