Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff.
The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather.
When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. The room 111 is spacious and well maintained, and we were served with a complementary fruit and cheese plate with a bottle of wine. The entire mansion is like a paradise and you can truly relax with all the plantations and the swimming pool.
The tuk tuk from hotel to downtown Siem Reap is free of charge and it is also recommended to take the return trip with the same tuk tuk as the other tuk tuk may have difficulties locating the hotel. The tuk tuk driver was also responsive and will arrive within minutes.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices with Western and local cuisine.
The airport dropoff was not inclusive ($35), but this hotel can give us surprise at the end of our stay with its surperb service. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and when I opened the door and ready to move our luggage downstairs, the staff was already outside of our room and help us to move our luggages downstairs. This is very thoughtful and highly appreciated, and the return trip to the airport was also great with the staff introducing other parts of Cambodia.
Overall, a top notch experience in Siem Reap and highly recommended.
