「Wow is an understatement. This was the most spectacular part of our entire Italy trip. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. The sprawling property is spectacular to roam around. 「Desde el inicio de mi llegada, todo fue mal. Las personas a cargo no son amables, no les interesa atender bien a los clientes. Este hotel no debería estar en Expedía. Tuve que cambiarme a Social Hub y fue como llegar del infierno al cielo. Es la peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido en mi vida. Muy desagradable en todos los aspectos. Y además no me reembolsaron mi pago y me hicieron pagar 2 botellas de agua. Horrible lugar y las personas que lo atienden son nefastas. 」
