「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. 「Super quaint hotel within walking steps of the palazzo pubblico. We enjoyed Daniela and her husband’s hospitality as they manage 2 floors here. It’s a simple stay with the necessities you need for your time in Siena and what a great way to support a local couple. We’d recommend. There are lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby too. 」

「Location is super great. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast will be served at a cafeteria near the back side of the Cathedral. The room is on the 5th floor, which makes us a little tired for up and down. There is no elevator, so if you have suitcases, it will be a bit harder for you. 」

「What my girlfriend loved the most was the bathtub! We have been busy traveling the last week and a half and she was overjoyed with a chance to soak in a bath tub. Room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to Piazza del Campo.
