「Very pleasant experience! The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me. The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned...

「We loved everything about this hotel! First, our flight into Rome was very delayed, making us arrive in Siena at nearly 1:00 am. We called ahead and spoke with Elena, who arranged for us to be able to access our room so very late (the hotel front desk closes at 10:00 pm).
