The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. 「We stayed for a week in the delightful new flat (visiting family who had recently moved nearby. The flat conveniently near the airport; thankfully, has no noticeable noise pollution issues). We were wowed by the super-chic hyper-modern (yet warm) décor and furnishings, and spacious lounge, and patio. Though initially a little baffled - as decidely agé’d non-digital natives (though not totally tech-illiterate!) - by some of the minimalist fixtures and amenities, we did eventually work them out....

「It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to...

"I highly recommend this Hotel in Basel! Hotel is right outside of Basil Central train station (2min walk with a large suitcase) super convenient with multiple tram stops & 2 supermarkets within one minute distance. Excellent customer service - I wanted to thank Carole and Thomas for their warm, friendly & attentive service. I stayed in the newly renovated business villa, the room was spacious & clean with hard wood flooring, bathroom at a window with huge shower both and sink counter. Hotel has a restaurant and a small car but I don’t eat breakfast nor drink, so I didn’t try it. Lots but not least the room cost is reasonable."
