“Stunning villa with unbelievable sea view. Lovely pool with comfy shady terrace areas, much needed in the heat! Situated in a quiet residential area but perfect for our needs. Fantastic tapas bar and cafe within walking distance. A car would be useful but with a well stocked supermarket across the road and beautiful beaches a short taxi ride away, it wasn't necessary for our weeks' stay. The villa was more than well equipped and we would definitely recommend and seek to book again. ”

“From start to finish we have been so lucky to have such a wonderful stay at los pinos. Katie was a great host communicating well and offering great advice when booking. The villa was spotless, check in was smooth and the outdoor space was perfect for the kids to enjoy the pool while adults relaxed. I door has everything we needed and felt the walk to the restaurants locally was manageable which Katie had already told us some find easier than others due to the hill. “Dit is de derde keer dat wij met z’n vieren een villa hebben gehuurd in Spanje, 2 keer via een via een bureau en nu via VRBO / rechtstreeks van de verhuurder.Ik kan jullie vertellen dat het deze laatste keer echt meer dan goed is bevallen en zouden dan ook zeker zonder twijfel bij een ieder deze villa aanbevelen.Het was netjes, schoon, en overcompleet.Perfecte locatie om echt alle kanten op te gaan.(Dénia, Calp, Calla Moraig, Granadella uiteraard Arenal Beach enz.)Wij hebben 2 geweldige weken……

“We had an amazing stay at the villa with our group of 9 friends. The place was spacious, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. We especially loved the pool, and the table tennis table kept us entertained for hours. The big dinner table outside was perfect for group meals and long evenings together. The beautiful view and greenery around the villa made the stay even more enjoyable. Agata the host was great at communicating and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!”

“Our stay at Casa Rosa was amazing. It was our second stay there. Nice and quiet, clean and with a great garden/pool area. Everything you need within walking distance and Moraira is a short cheap taxi ride. Jeff was incredibly helpful and friendly as was Ray. We have stayed in other villas in Moraira but will never stay anywhere else now.”

“Es war alles super. Ein wunderschönes, großes, geräumiges Haus mit einem sehr schönem Außenbereich und tollem Pool. Zahlreiche Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Boccia und ein SUP.
