Staff plays a very important part in a hotel's reputation, and every staff member I encountered were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They handled everything with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. They were all so consistently helpful and attentive! I must say it's rare to find a property where every department operates with such genuine warmth."

"What stood out was the amazing attention to detail that the Marketing Manager (Iye Mary Kowa) demonstrated. I wanted an Hotel that was on the beach so was somewhat disappointed that the Atlantic Hotel is a beachfront accommodation. Mary however rallied her team and other managers to more than compensate for the hiatus. I would highly recommend this accommodation for its stellar staff and their professionalism. The owners are extremely lucky to have such dedicated staff and whatever they are earning they deserve more. They felt like family at the point I checked out of the Atlantic Hotel.❤️ "
