"This townhouse met our needs for a clean, comfortable place to stay near our grandkids. It was easy to find, the neighborhood was very quiet and safe and the location was very convenient to major streets/highways. The house was as depicted in the posting and our host communicated quickly and helpfully. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we visit the grandkids."

"The house was clean and well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. It was an easy drive to Spanish Springs from the house using the back roads to avoid the heavy Reno traffic. Entry was very easy and communication with Patrick was amazing! The house and garage are narrow but fit our family of 5 just fine with plenty of seating in the living room and at the kitchen table. I wish we would have had time to enjoy the table and chairs on the patio. Unfortunately the garage was too narrow to park the rental mini van in but we were able to park in the driveway and there was plenty of space to park on the street which was quiet day and night. One thing to note is some of the blinds do not go all the way down which lets some light in, making it hard for our little one to fall asleep. Also, when the heat/air comes on, the fan is very loud and woke us several times the first night. Make sure to close or open the bedroom doors all the way or they will slam shut when the fan goes on! Clean up and check out were easy. We would definitely recommend this house and will definitely be coming back! Thanks Patrick!"

"Our family loved staying here. Great property convenient to all the fun Reno has to offer. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. As an added benefit, great communication with the host. This is going to be #1 on the list when we look for a place to stay on our next trip to Reno and it should be your #1 as well. Highly recommended. "

"We had the best girls retreat weekend! The house was perfect for hosting a medium size group of us girls for our spa retreat. We had lots of space to spread out and relax and or chat, the kitchen was a beautiful and has plenty to offer."

"The house was just fine. Beds comfortable. The kitchen was in need of dishes and equipment. There were only 4 cereal/soup bowls, no small/dessert plates, no mixing bowls, no salad spinner, no potato masher or small (8”) fry pan. It just made cooking at home a little more difficult. Otherwise a very nice stay. "

"We recently stayed at this property and overall had a mixed experience. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and feels very private. It’s more spacious than we expected, and the hot tub was a great perk. It is, however, farther from downtown Reno than we realized, so just be aware of the extra drive time.On the downside, the home wasn’t as clean as we had hoped upon arrival. There was Pinesol left in the kitchen sink, some dirt and debris around the house, and the blinds in the master bedroom were broken, leaving a gap that compromised privacy from the backyard. There’s also no TV in the master bedroom, and we had trouble getting the bathroom outlets to work. The garage is locked for guests, which wasn’t a major issue for us since there was no snow during our stay, but it could be inconvenient in winter and makes it harder to ensure the property feels fully secure. The sliding door locks also didn’t function, and instead there were sticks placed to secure the doors.As for communication: before our trip we had to reschedule due to a medical emergency, and the owner was very accommodating in allowing us to change our dates for a fee, which we appreciated. However, later during the stay we were contacted about our dog being present,even though we’re almost certain we paid the pet fee in our original booking. I replied to the property manager right away but never heard back, and then the owner reached out again after our stay with the same question. I explained the situ"
