Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
They double booked the room on me, found “alternative” accommodation 11km away in another town - no good for an early morning climb. When I rejected that they refused a refund!!! Forced to negotiate with expedia/my bank to get a refund.
