“Parece ser que hay 2 hoteles el acebo, en distintas direcciones , COSA QUE NO SE VE CLARAMENTE EN LA PAGINA WEB de BOOKING. “We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. “First we were told different booking dates than what we reserved then they corrected it. Place looked nice but there were dead bugs in the corner of the dining room one of the kitchen stools was broken and there was a crack on the glass window by the porch. They did not give us proper directions to the address just the building number no apartment number and there were several stairwells and 2 doors within the building needing keys, one of which took a few minutes to open since the key was worn……
