“A newly renovated but simple room with great view. No Wi-Fi if you need.”

“We took the train to Thun and then the bus to the hotel (bus stop is right outside). It’s a lovely hotel with amazing views over the lake. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony overlooking the lake which was just so calming to sit out on and relax (even if it was raining as the balcony was sheltered). The room was a little old fashioned, we had booked a more modern room but the upgraded room whilst larger was the old style. However, this was made up for by the views. Staff were very……

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our room was perfect and spacious. Although dated, it was clean and we had everything we needed. We woke up to amazing Mountain View’s from our bedroom, and the staff was extremely helpful. The Coop was literally across the street opposite the hotel, cable cars and trains within a 3, 5 and 7 minute walking distance was so helpful. Hand on heart, if we could afford it, we would live in Mürren forever. The views were incredible, it was like scenes from the Alpine……

“Très bon accueil ( téléphone et arrivée). La suite était très confortable et propre. Nous avons apprécié le calme, pas de bruit. Le petit déjeuner était excellent ( beaucoup de choix). La piscine mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement. Carte avec rabais ( bains, minigolf, bus) lors du séjour. Bien situé. ”

“There is no AC and there are no fans available. Leaving windows open helps with heat in room But then you aren’t able to block sunlight. Beautiful location and hotel. Lacks AC. ”
