A lovely place to watch the 2024 eclipse

The location is lovely, and the clearing next to the house was a lovely place to lie on blankets and watch the eclipse. The setting is beautiful, in a part of the lake much quieter than Lake George Village. We appreciate having a pet-friendly place.

Wonderful views, great place to relax!

We arrived when it was dark. We woke up to a terrific view of the lake! Loved having the basic necessities where we didn't have to figure out how things operated! Our city dog was fascinated with the new environment...he just sat himself in front of the sliding door and stared all day! This was perfect for not having to follow a schedule, taking a nap when you want, and appreciating the quiet moments in life.
