“Great”

“Nice quiet area. Everything was clean. We stayed 2 nights and only had 2 washcloths. There was hair in the shower. That is a big turn off for me. We were put in handicap room, didn’t ask for it. Nice huge room. I would stay here again.”

“Clean and everything you need .. close to restaurants and Silver Dollar City . Would choose it again .”

“I enjoyed my stay here very much! Room was nice and very clean, staff was very friendly and loved the pool, i will stay here again next time i come to Branson.”

“The floor would turn my our feet and my babies body black. The bath tubs had still water coming from it. The tubs were also kinda nasty. Other than that it was okay.”

“Toilet paper holder broken and dirty around toilet. Only 3 pillows for large bed, one smaller and flat so both people don’t get two full size pillows. Holes in curtains. Air conditioner noisy. Staff nice, breakfast provided.”

“Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and……

“The Lodge was right on 76 and convenient to everything. Our room was comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed the music playing in all the public areas and breakfast was complementary, offering a variety of options every day. I even did laundry one day and the laundry area was clean and accommodating with strong wifi which allowed me to work while there. It would be hard for me to even think about staying somewhere else on our next visit.”

“Our room was wonderful. Clean, comfy beds. Most importantly, we felt very safe and staff was genuinely kind. Great place to stay.”

“Great clean place to stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Love the blackout curtains, and everything was easy to find our way around.”

“Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture.”

“The room was clean and quiet. Location was wonderful. The morning breakfast was mostly scrambled eggs and mystery meat for the sausage. The. Room was small but adequate and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small also the shower water pressure was weak. Air conditioner was very good. The balcony over looked a roof about 10 ft away.”

“We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it……

“Nice place. Very clean. They cater to members. Pretty expensive to have no view, next air conditioners. Staff was great. Leaky bathtub was fixed right away. Pool was very clean and nice. Starting to show its age. And they did move us from the first unit after we complained, as they were drilling holes for new pipes. (That unit should not have been rented until work was done).
