The environment was neat. the rooms were roomy

Large, clean room. Four people easily fit. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive and quickly brought towels when requested! Nice stay and would do again.

I liked the location of this hotel as it was close to many other venues, and there were lots of options for food and entertainment within walking distance. I liked the easy access to the Monorail! I was underwhelmed by our room - it was small and not as nice as the pictures had portrayed online. Also, the smell (a mix of perfume/smoke) was nauseating. Check-in was entirely electronic, so we never really interacted with staff. At the conclusion of our trip, the bellhop was very kind.
