Beautifully remodeled home that sits on 4.2 acres just 10 miles north of Twin Bridges. The Parrot Slough runs through the property and is home to schools of fish. The Silver Star access to the Jefferson River is just 3 miles away. The Round Barn wedding venue north of Twin Bridges is just 8 miles down the road. The property boasts a forested area, frequented by many whitetail deer and moose, and is an excellent place for kids to explore! This property is surrounded by large ranches, so it is very private.

Various hiking opportunities in the Tobacco Root Mountains are near by.

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The house is in a quiet location, perfect for unplugging.We saw deer, rabbits, coyotes, and there is a porcupine that lives in the back. The house is as described and the host is very quick with responses if you have questions. The back yard is fenced and very kid friendly. I suppose it is considered a remote location, but groceries and other supplies are only 15 minutes away. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

It was very peaceful but the house was not clean. Mattresses were poor and some blankets had holes. Pots and pans were old and the non stick pans were very scratched and definitely not non stick. Pantry was full of outdated food and we were there for almost 3 weeks and had a lot of our stuff with nowhere to put it.

Great place for dogs and their people.

It was in the perfect spot to satellite out on our adventures. The house was very comfortable and the fenced yard was the icing on the cake. Our dogs were so happy. Great response from our host when needed.

Awesome location, great house

House is well maintained, updated and clean. Property is super cool with lots of critters to watch roaming around. Close to twin bridges, the jeff, tobacco roots etc. Off the beaten path and super quiet.

Perfect Quiet and Peaceful Getaway

I stayed here a whole month! I had my two dogs with me and it was amazing! Gorgeous views and conveniently situated between Bozeman and Butte. Saw antelope, deer, magpie, cows, horses, and lots of beautiful scenery. This was a trip purely for a retreat and I never slept better in the past 5 years. The hosts were amazing! You will love your time here.

Beautiful outa the way spot.

July 2021. Super nice casa. Clean, well stocked and very private. Couldn’t see the big sky due to the fires and couldn’t fish due to the water temperatures and levels. The fish out the back is not exactly correct. You must traverse a couple hills to get to the water. If you have physical disabilities, it’s almost impossible to get their. The owners are extremely nice and responsive. The casa is well maintained and has very modern amenities. This property is located directly in the middle of nowhere. It’s perfect for a true getaway. If we travel to the big sky again, we would definitely consider this property.. Thnx again.. Kurt and Polly.

This house is wonderful. The wildlife and privacy was everything! We spent Christmas here and it was just perfect. House is stocked so well and host made sure we were cozy and kept us in the loop on things we needed to know. We would come back in a heartbeat!

quiet place

the location was wonderful, quiet and secluded. the rooms were good, kitchen was very nice and roomy, bedrooms were just perfect. It needs a good cleaning (cobwebs were thick to say the least :), dust as expected on a dirt road and lots of dead flies in the windowsills so it hadn't been touched in several weeks) but I would rent it again without hesitation.

Super Clean

When we first pulled into the driveway I was a little skeptical. The out side grounds and house didn't look like anything great but the inside was very updated and clean. There was everything we needed inside the house. The fire pit outside was a nice surprise. The river was very close and just a small stream and we did not have any luck catching anything. Our young adults liked the zip line in the front yard.

Excellent property and location for our needs!

It was close to venue for the wedding we were there for. This property had everything we needed for our family! The children were entertained with the swing and zipline and all the fun new toys to them. The fishing was good and lots of room to not get in each others way. The Host was the Best of All!
