Clean well equipped condo

Hot tub was great 104 house layout worked well for our party. Restaurants were close by. About 30 minutes to several ski resorts

Great place in a good location

Our stay was great. Everything was clean and well kept. It was easy to contact our host and they were very helpful. The property is in a great location and close to town. The hot tub was the cherry on top.

This duplex house worked out well for our 2 families to enjoy time together and skiing. The property management team was very responsive when we texted them about the hot tub not working. They were easy to communicate with thru phone and text.

The condo was very nice; the type of property I might purchase. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The small complaints would be that the hot tub only worked the first night. It's a good size for 3-5 people, but it wasn't really available when we wanted it most. And, the Master Bedroom bed is a pillowtop queen, and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole all week. It's a personal preference thing, but I didn't get much sleep because of it.Overall, a great place that I'd be comfortable staying in long term, with a few tweaks...

Nice place, centrally located

Nice place. Central to skiing and lots of restaurants nearby. Functional kitchen, lots of useful items - mugs, spatulas, colander, tissues boxes everywhere. Hot tub was great, prewarmed and fun lights. Master shower had extra jets at back height - had to fiddle a bit but they were nice. Guest beds- one hard bed, one soft. Master had pillowtop that was worn/needs replacing.

It wouldn’t do a full load and the laundry would stop while it was wet. Maybe we weren’t doing something right because we would have to stop the washer and start over.Beside that everything was perfect as can be and still plan to come to the rental next July

Lots of games and a hot tub so we could have a fun relaxing family vacationSuggestions: the shower in the master bathroom needs fixed, it is a pain to turn off and on there is a full page of instruction taped to the wall of how to work it. Also we stayed home 1 night an cooked and didn't have any pot holders. not a big deal we used dish rags but it might be a good idea to pick some up for the next guest. Overall WE LOVED IT so much and thank you for the GREAT memories!

Very Nice Stay

The condo was very nice and roomy. Enjoyed the space. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices and a few other cooking supplies. They had a crockpot and a waffle maker which was nice to have. Having a garage was really convenient for all of our ski equipment. One of my main interest in this property was the hot tub which was awesome. It ran perfectly and had a beautiful view sitting in the hot tub. We really enjoyed how close and accessible the hot tub was right out the door. We did have a little trouble with checking in. We did not get the code sent to us to get in the front door. After several attempts to call the office, no one answered and I got a little panicked but they did get back to me so within a half an hour, we were in the unit. On that note, I was late in checking out by an hour and they didn’t charge any extra fee. My only complaint and unfortunately would keep me from staying again was the condition of master bedroom mattress. It was very soft and sunken in the middle to the point where my husband slept on the couch and I had to try to deal with the mattress that was quite uncomfortable and made for several bad nights sleep, not what you want in a vacation.

Beautiful 3 bedroom with private Hot Tub

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. We made good use of the private hot tub which is right out the back door on the deck. Loved the convenience of having our own garage. The unit was just as described and was very clean with full kitchen amenities. We had plenty of plush towels and were given start up items such as shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper and other essential items. We appreciated having humidifiers and fans for each room. The temperature of the unit is set for you and we did struggle with how hot the unit would get especially at night( we were there the month of March). It is located in Silverthorne and close to shopping and amenities. We skied at Breckinridge and the drive was about 25 minutes. I would recommend this unit, and other than the temperature and not being able to adjust to our liking, I give it 5 stars.

Last year the hot tub had some issues and wasn’t operational.This year with out advertising the hot tub was out of service again.Price was same as last year. I voiced my issue with the property management agency and have yet heard a response.All the tvs upstairs remotes were not working even after changing batteries.If summit county hadn’t had a bunch an activities I wouldn’t ever known.In all I still enjoyed my experience in the unit
