“The only thing holding me back from rating this property 5 stars is the proximity of the railroad tracks and highway (1 block). Otherwise the property was fantastic. The views are amazing, Great swimming hole to cool off or to play with the dogs. We spent most of our time hanging out on the back porch overlooking the river & mountains. BBQ’ing every night on the gas grill or blackstone.”

“We loved the stay . House was very clean , location was very quiet and peaceful . The views were amazing”

“Highly recommend! Vacation ready, well stocked home away from home on the lake! Just stop by Walmart or local Snohomish store to grab basic groceries, sink into home, relax, and enjoy! They have thought of all the rest and have a binder for reference. So peaceful! Perfect for our 6 person family of 3 seasoned adults and 3 young adults;). Excellent way to start out of vacation!!”

“Property can be a little challenging to find at first but otherwise, it was a very good stay.”

“Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located! We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Gold Bar. The space was spotless and very comfortable, exactly what we needed to relax after a full day out. The location couldn't be better: Wallace Falls is just minutes away for a great hike, and we loved grabbing a bite at the Pie Dive Bar nearby. The Skykomish River and Salmon Run Park are also a short walk from the door.Check-in was easy and everything was just as described. We'd happily stay here again and……

“Beautiful views, absolutely cannot beat the location. We enjoyed the rocky areas along the river out back. Eagle nest visible two properties upriver. Amenities were appreciated, and the hot tub was clutch after hikes. Only real issues were the creaky beds which tended to wake us during the night.”

“Amazing location and beautiful property. Views were incredible. Awesome spot to unplug. Sorry - I beat the high score on Arabian Nights pinball. Thanks again!!”

“The host communicated well throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the water system. Upon check-in, there was little to no water pressure, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. The following day, the host attempted what appeared to be a permanent repair, but we were once again left without water service during the process.Overall, the experience was acceptable, but for the rate being charged, having reliable access to water is a basic expectation. While……

“I had the most wonderful stay! I was in sore need of a mental reset, and this was the perfect place to do it! It was so peaceful and comforting. By the way, the acoustics in that little cabin are amazing! I turned up the music, and danced by myself all night. I hope i didnt disturb any of the neighbors, but the music and the setting simply filled my soul. I even found the incinerator toilet fascinating. Lol. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful space with me.”
