Un écrin de paix , de calme où tout est leger et propice à la déconnexion. Julie est fantastique et le maître des lieux exceptionnel. L’hébergement est superbe et le personnel très agréable. Le seul point négatif serait l’emplacement qui est à environ 10minutes des restaurants, toutefois ça ne nous empêchera pas de recommander l’endroit sans hésiter. Merci !

Beautiful - mythical- quiet

Such a beautiful and mythical place. Pleasant surroundings and staff. We were well received and guide to our rooms. The room's house was as mythical as the rest of areas. The rooms were big and comfortable with again a touch some ancient history, nice balcony and a lovely wooden ceiling . Unfortunately It was a one day sleep over, but we give this place best recommendation.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel & Erlebnis. Vom Eigentümer -einem Künstler- sehr schön und einzigartig restauriertes Haupt-Gebäude aus dem 16.Jhd.mit Kapelle sowie das ganze Gelände mit einzigartigem Ambiente. Nebenan das Wohnhaus des Künstlers, eine ehemalige Olivenöl-Mühle. Alles gespickt mit venezanischer & portugiesischer Kunst und Gemälden. Ganze Anlage sehr schön hergerichtet, mit Olivenbäumen (bis zu 2000 Jahre alt). Wir waren total beeindruckt. Die Zimmer sind in einem neueren Nebengebäude am nördlichen Grundstücksende und im portugisischen Stil eingerichtet. Sehr praktisch fanden wir den Kühlschrank für die im Aldi nebenan eingekauften Lebensmittel. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Allerdings ist auf dem Balkon im 1.OG schon etwas die Autobahn zu hören. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Tag ein Tablet mit Brötchen, süßen Stücken, Marmelade, Yoghurt, Früchten, Schinken und Käse. Müsli etc. konnte man am Buffet holen. Für uns mit 5 Tagen Aufenthalt war das Frühstück genau richtig, wenn man jedoch einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, könnte das aber eventuell etwas langweilig werden. Poolanlage war schön und für uns ausreichend groß, zum ausgiebigen Schwimmen jedoch zu klein und flach. Getränke konnte man an der Reception bestellen und wurden dann gebracht. Im Ort sind drei Restaurants mit lokaler Küche zu günstigen Preisen. Wenn man mobil ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Algarve zu erkunden! Insgesamt ein einzigartiges Hotel - kein Luxushotel, aber ein tolles Erlebnis für die Sinne.

Alcantarilha is tiny but well placed to enjoy the nearby beaches and attractions. The hotel is just off the N125. The hotel is fabulous. It is a 15th century quinta or olive grove with presses. The accommodation has been styled accordingly. If you're looking for something with more character than the usual hotels, this place is perfect. The grounds are extensive and well maintained and shield the location from any traffic noise. The pool is lovely with plenty of space and loungers.

The Hotel Capela das Arte is a refuge from the overcrowded and noisy Albufeira - peaceful and serene. The former Olive Mill converted to boutique hotel is beautifully designed with vintage furniture tastefully arranged. The lovely pool coupled with the specimen Olive Trees is quite lovely. Our host, Julie was fabulous! Breakfast is amazing.

Magnifique! Cette quinta portugaise historique est superbement bien décorée dans son style mauresque d’époque, autant pour les parties communes, les chambres, que les jardins extérieurs! Accueil très sympathique et efficace. Service et petit-déjeuner très bien! Sérénité et calme au programme… En synthèse, un rapport qualité/prix de haut niveau, À recommander sans hésiter !
