  • Located in Simi Valley, this delightful house is a dream. With 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds that pull out to queen plus size, it's perfect for families or groups of friends. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower. You'll find everything you need for a fantastic stay, from AC and heating to an iron and WiFi. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Queen air mattress also available upon request. Dedicated workspace in master bedroom.

    The backyard is perfect for family time, with a gas firepit, outdoor dining area, and yard games (Cornhole and Jenga).

    Plenty of free street parking is available as well as 1 space in the driveway. A small travel trailer is stored on the property, as shown in pictures. The entire space is yours to enjoy, excluding the garage.

What a lovely home to stay in! Quiet neighborhood with all the basics we needed to have a fantastic weekend away. Our host was timely in communication and accommodating to our needs.

A Lovely Property for a Family Trip

We were in the area to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. The home was more than accommodating for me, my fiance, my daughter, two grandsons, and a great-granddaughter. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, and Kristy was a great host. I highly recommend the property.

Simi Valley

Home was comfortable for 5 of us. We enjoyed the back yard every day as the weather was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & silverware. The cookware seemed to be sufficient. We didn’t find any spices, which was okay for this trip as we mostly ate with local family members. I would definitely book this again should we travel back!

Amazing home with all the necessities

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Kristy’s home! We ended our summer vacay at this beautiful and comfortable home. It fit our family of 7 perfectly for 3DAYS. Located in the heart of Simi Valley, 20mins from the San Fernando Valley and the malls. We have family in the valley and wanted a homebase that wasn’t too far but yet far enough to be away from “LA”. The home is so spacious and had everything we needed. Extra linens, comfy beds, TVs in all rooms. Plenty of cleaning supplies if needed. AC worked great for the hot weekend. Outdoors was nice too but we didn’t spend much time outside. We trabes over 2000 miles from Colorado and all around Sp Cal for the last 10days, so it was nice to unwind and get restful nights sleep. The double living areas was nice for us to have our space. Communication was excellent and responsive. Cons: other than the message from owner, about key code- we really didn’t get a check in email with tips and tricks. But Kristy was super responsive and explained it was more of a miscommunication. I had to message for Wi-Fi code, but again this wasn’t really an issue. Overall, highly recommend and will definitely book again when we are back in Cali. We are originally from the LA area so we travel often as our families are there. We typically get hotel suites in Santa Clarita but for this trip we needed something bigger as we brought our son’s gf with us and I wanted separate bedrooms. This was perfect for the trip.
