“Familiar with Villasimius we wanted to change from our usual accommodation and booked for the 1st time Le Bouganville. We booked a panoramic appartment and result was outstanding. The view was extraordinary with la isola dei cavoli and Capo Carbonara on one side and the countryside view at the back with herds of ewes and rural life. The appartment was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good bar service for the "aperitivo". We hardly used the pool but it it was quiet and relaxing. 10 Minutes walk……

“Die Lage des Cormoran ist das einzig schöne. Der Strand wäre traumhaft, jedoch wird man von lauter Musik beschallt von allen Seiten. Die Strandbar, der Pool und auch am Volleyball Feld werden zeitweise gleichzeitig mit unterschiedlicher Musik bespielt. An etwas Ruhe ist nicht zu denken. Die Sonnenschirme werden für den ganzen Aufenthalt vergeben und wir wurden direkt neben der Strandbar plaziert und verstanden kaum das eigene Gespräch. Nach mehrmaligem reklamieren wurden wir an einen ruhigeren……

Ein Hinweis auf die vielen, teils recht hohenTreppenstufen, wäre vorab hilfreich gewesen. Mülltrennung wird akribisch gewünscht, aber die Tonnen stellt der Gast raus. Das Haus liegt in einem separaten Areal, die Straße wird mit elektrischer Schranke gesperrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Strand über eine steile Treppe bei Hitze mit guter Fitness……

“Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unproblematisch und freundlich. Wir wurden mit Wein für die Großen und Süßigkeiten für die Kleinen begrüßt. Wir haben uns in dem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Von Villasimius sind unzählige schöne Strände gut erreichbar, ein Mietwagen ist aber ratsam. Der Ortskern lädt zum Bummeln ein. Wir bedanken uns bei Michele. Grazie mille!”

“Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen. Bequeme Gartencouch und Außendusche. 1,2km zum Strand. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten daher auch zu noch abgelegeneren Stränden ohne Auto. Pizzeria direkt gegenüber. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Michele. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.”

“The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far……

“Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entspricht dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Wie wurden von der Vermieterin bei der Ankunft zum Haus begleitet, da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt eine sinnvolle Sache. Ein Auto sollte man mitbringen. Das Haus war sauber und die Einrichtung gut durchdacht Die Haustechnik funktionierte ohne Probleme. “Siamo stati in questa villetta due settimane. Posizione fantastica, a 50 mt dalla spiaggia di campus molto bella, ma comodo anche il paese raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Presente una doccia condominiale esterna comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia. Casa spaziosa, con addirittura la macchinetta del caffè nespresso!
