Apartment B251 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

B251 is a 75 m² two-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of Building 2 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to four guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday stay, whether you come for a few nights or several weeks. Everything has been planned so that you can settle in quickly and spend your time enjoying the island.

Layout and bedrooms

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both have storage space and curtains to darken the room.

In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals at home. The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower.

Light and view

There is no balcony; the living room windows bring in natural light and look towards the lagoon.

Kitchen and equipment

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast there is an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, and a blender for fresh juices. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided.

The apartment is air-conditioned and connected to high-speed Wi-Fi. A washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a cleaning kit are available. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided, together with a hair dryer and bathroom essentials.

Families can ask for a baby cot and a high chair. The apartment door has an electronic lock, and the apartment is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The Hills Residence

Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

A concierge service is available to arrange car rental, book restaurants or plan excursions and activities on the island. You can contact the team before or during your stay.

Location in Simpson Bay

Simpson Bay is one of the most convenient places to stay on Sint Maarten: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas are close by, and Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are a few minutes away by car.

The residence is built on a hill, which is what gives it its views, so we recommend renting a car for your stay. With a car you can also explore the rest of the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches of the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B251 is well suited to families or groups of friends, with a maximum of four guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.

If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.
