A great place to stay

My wife and I stayed at Bobs place for 2 weeks. It’s was a great place to relax and recharge. The place is just as described. The view is amazing. It’s awesome to have your own pool as well as floats. There are chairs to take to the beach as well as an umbrella. There isn’t much else you could ask for. Thanks Bob for a great two weeks. We will definitely be back

Baywatch Perfection

Our stay at Baywatch was simply perfect- the location, the home, the outdoor space, the view, and the amenities. The location offers easy accessibility to the beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and more in Maho, Lowlands, and Simpson Bay. The home is comfortable and spacious enough for 6 people. The outdoor space is wonderful offering both sun and shade plus a private pool and a wonderful ocean view. The view is amazing both day and night. The amenities Bob offers such as pool and beach accessories are added extras to help complete a vacation. Thank you Bob for everything and looking forward to a trip back as soon as possible..

Pool was clean, as was the house. Kitchen was very well equipped. The location was perfect, close to a couple restaurants and grocery stores, we were able to easily walk to both. Would stay there again.

Wonderful host, good location

We used the pool every day and sat outside on the deck to admire the stars at night. Having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was great so everyone could spread out.

Relax in Paradise

We just returned 2 days ago from our 8 night stay at Baywatch. Bob is a fantastic host and was always available if we had any questions. This property is very clean and so comfortable! Bob thinks of everything, from outdoor necessities at the private pool, which we loved, to small details like a nightlight in the bathroom. We had everything we needed, and for food shopping, Maho Market is so conveniently close. Having this view from Baywatch is awesome, overlooking the water and with great sunset views. Air conditioning in the property, but we only used the one in the bedroom at night. It's such a joy to open the 2 double patio doors and the windows and have refreshing breezes through the house. All furnishings are very clean and comfortable. We loved this house and would definitely return again.

Fantastic host and great place to stay

Bob is one of the best hosts you will come across. The place was fantastic. The deck with the private pool overlooking the ocean was the winner here. A short 5-10 minute walk to Maho. The place reminded me of a cottage. Has a nice rustic feel to it. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of drinking glasses. Beds were comfortable. Bin was a gracious host who met us and checked us in. He was there if we had any questions but was not intrusive. He leaves you alone unless you need him. I would stay again with Bob next time I visit the island.

Fantastic

We had a great experience at Bob’s property. So much space we especially loved the back porch, which is where we spent every morning having coffee and every evening when we got back from our beach days and dinners. We were surprised that the pool was so nice and cool. We expected it to be really hot, but it wasn’t at all- so refreshing. We felt safe- a security guard was right outside the property. All the beach chairs, an umbrella, lots of Floaties for the pool, a cooler, lots of beach towels - all provided in addition to so many extras that you don’t expect like garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soaps, and even coffee was there for us! Bob was upstairs, but never intrusive and actually was a comfort to know he was close if we needed him. I loved the small beach located down the steps of the property- I loved walking up and down the surf, looking for sea glass and little bits of shells while inspecting all the little marine life on the beach. It was also fun to watch planes from the porch being located so close to Maho and the airport. Plane noise was never an issue. Air conditioner nice and cool, and the washer and dryer were handy. If we come to St Martin with my family, it would be the perfect place to stay again. Thank you for hosting us Bob!

Best VRBO I have ever rented

I cannot say enough good things about the property. It was impeccably clean, convenient for driving to restaurants and beaches. My biggest compliment is that everything that you need is there. I hate buying trash bags, paper towels etc for a few days stay. It's all in the house already. Even coffee filters for the drip coffee pot were there. So convenient. I am a sheet snob and the sheets were incredibly soft. All of the linens and furniture were very nice. The only sightly negative I would say is that the WIFi was spotty at times. If I ever go back to St Maarten, I will stay here again. The host was also great.

Birthday Celebration Getaway

We landed in Sint Maarten 7/22 and left 7/28. Bob was up, ready, and eager to meet us at the property though we communicated prior to our arrival. We were given a full walk thru and warm welcome. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, which is what we wanted, though celebrating two birthdays. Bob was available for any questions or suggestions without being overbearing or invading our privacy. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit

Bob's place was awesome. We loved having the ocean in front of the place. We did use the pool a lot. My husband and I walked around the neighborhood in the mornings before our teenage daughters woke up. You are close to Maho Beach if you wanted to walk there instead of drive. We did have a couple of beach chairs to use while we were there. There were also noodles too. The place was clean and Bob was a great host.
