"We had an amazing stay for 12 nights at rooms 1136&1137. The hotel has amazing facilities that made the stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Bahaa, the event manager who is friendly and attentive to details. He excelled at everything and specially at handling the rush hour at the main restaurant, making sure the operation is effective and wait times are minimized. He has a unique way of handling entitled guests who believe the rules do not apply to them. The plams restaurant right at the sea is amazing experience to have daily lunch at, special thanks to Ebram whose service made the experience even more enjoyable. The housekeeping operation is fast, effective making the experience of returning each evening to a spotless cozy room amazing. Thanks Ahmed from housekeeping for a great job. The food is delicious with wide high-quality varities daily. All the chefs are amazing. overall stay is a definite 5 stars, few things can go better: - The beach instructions mentions that the beach is open till sunset, but at 6:45 pm the lifeguard starts whistling to get people out of the water, this is more than 1 hour before sunset. Specially in summer where heat in sharm.is extreme, the beach is more enjoyable after 5:30 pm when the the sun is not as strong - The animation team did a great job, specially Menna, but the Russian team members obviously preferred engaging exclusively with Russian guests."

"We enjoyed our stay at Stella Di Mare! First, we arrived super early and they were able to make the rooms ready for us. Also, they have variety of food and dessert every day is definitely different. They have ice cream station which is really cool. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the services. They let us stay for lunch the last day because our plane is scheduled for late afternoon. I thought that it was thoughtful of them to let us stay more ours with our bracelets and enjoy our lunch without extra pay. The water is phenomenal, it is clear, warm, and you can enjoy snorkeling even if you don’t know how to swim. They gave me life jacket. There is a life guard who is always paying attention and there to help. They have a different problem with dancers and singers every night. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed my stay with my family."

"One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! The property was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even upgraded my room at no additional cost, which was such a wonderful surprise. I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone, and I will definitely be back again!"

"This resort was amazing and so much fun!! The food is top notch. The buffet at The Palm restaurant had every food type you could ask for. Service is top notch too. My husband and I were treated like royalty at this resort. I’d like to mention two staff members that made our trip special; Saleh at the Palm restaurant and Elsayed at X bar. We loved the vibe and energy at this resort. They have a DJ at X bar every day from 5-7pm. Also, a DJ at one of the pools. Our suite was beautiful and very clean. We had a great time!!! We left for Cairo after our stay at Rixo’s, and I want to go back!"

"Stayed in the Villa for the second part of our stay. The villa is old Parisian style. It’s beautiful. Some reviews said it needs upgrade but I think the styling is beautiful & local. The villa is huge. The pictures don’t do it justice. The villa itself is clean. AC works good. The food & room service are great. The pool is big & you can’t beat the views. The privacy alone is worth the cost. Staff service in the restaurants is great. Local diving is also great, many many sites to choose from. Many beaches on site & lots of things to do. Logistics & guest services could improve. For examples I booked a car & baggage pick up for specific times the night before & neither showed up. No big deal but if you’re running a strict schedule, it’s something to consider. It’s not always possible to get through to someone on the phone for requests or room service. I asked for an extension cord, they said they will send but didn’t. I think communication is lacking a bit. I got a lot of “I will check for you” & then no one checks. but not deal breakers at all. I would certainly stay again. Overall 8/10"

"Everything is immaculate in this place. Their rooms are clean and renovated (they cleaner rooms twice a day plus have a 24/7 house keeping service). Breakfast was amazing with a ton of variety including a lot of fresh fruit which is cut to your liking…but most important are the staff, all addressing you by name everywhere and always saying yes to whatever you ask for anywhere."
