“The staff really make this resort the great place that it is. They are friendly, attentive and work hard to make sure guests have a wonderful time. The complex is well maintained, especially the grounds and public area. Our room had plenty of storage and a big comfortable bed. It does feel like the furnishings are getting a bit tired and could use a refresh. “It was an amazing, luxurious, comfortable, enjoyable resort in the perfect location. All staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, hard working, makes you feel like at home.”

“Residents leave their plastic bottles, glasses, papers and so on on the grass, which is chocking. Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.”

“Defs a adults only resort, if youre looking for late nights dancing and drinking this is the spot. Buffet is huge and pretty good. Several pools and the hotel itself is pretty. Only stayed one night, but only complaint is you only get 2 bottles and then you gotta pay? Its supposedly all inclusive...”
