“This was a wonderful cottage, with every amenity you could possibly need. We contacted the owner early one morning when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat and she replied immediately. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit. There was even a free concert in the nearby park on Wednesday night.”

“Nice place but very small and no sidewalks which causes you to track pine needles into house and on shoes, etc.. Great access to water. Recommend no more then 2 travelers max.”

“Great property, very clean and in great condition. Very accommodating hosts, excellent and prompt communication.”

“This place was perfect for our needs, and adorable to boot!! Staying in the barn was not only close to my son and daughter-in-law, but it was fun too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and could even picture the parts of the barn that we were in when it was a barn. Very cool! This indeed is a great place to stay! Thank you!”

“Absolutely amazing hosts !! They were extremely responsive , the beds are extremely comfortable and the property is exactly as listed ! Will for sure consider going back for a longer stay !”

“Close to everything you need for a relaxing, lake vacation. We enjoyed renting a boat for the day at Bemus Bay water toys, eating at Splash and Elicotville brewing, and ice cream at the market. Playgrounds at the park and at the town school were a favorite for the kids.”

“Perfect location, great house, and host very easy to work with”

“Great stay. Clean loft and pet friendly.Host was easy to”

“I was impressed with the cleanseliness and the warm and inviting atmosphere.”

“My husband and I were looking for a quiet escape, and this charming cottage on Lake Erie delivered in every way. The lake views alone are worth the stay. We couldn't stop staring at the water from the moment we arrived. The space is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Comfy beds and pillows. The updated bathroom was a nice surprise, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Our favorite moment? Sitting by the fire pit at sunset with our two Yorkies, watching the sky turn pink and orange……

“A great stay in Bemus Point! The house had everything we needed and was really organized. The location is really close to the lake and a short walk to the center of town.”

“Cute vrbo. Clean, well stocked. Only overnight for specific event so no time to enjoy lake access but good location on lake near village of lakewood and restaraunts.”

“The interior exceeds expectations! Great for myself and a friend to cook and have some quality time catching up. The view of the lake from the seating for two is beautiful and we got to do some fun bird watching. My friend who enjoys cooking said it is extremely well equipped for cooking! Lots of thoughtful touches.”

“You might think Cattaraugus NY is in the middle of nowhere, but that's the point, isn't it? It's actually centrally located and has enough access to conveniences. The apartment is great, clean, well stocked, spacious. The hosts are awesome, just let them know if you need something. There is heat, but no A/C, which you probably won't need.I was in town as a break from camping and slumming it for weeks in the Buffalo area. Just being able to cook, do laundry and cycle the hilly roads down here……

“Location was great. We will be coming back.”

“All three of us couldn't believe how clean the property was. Kathleen dropped by to see how we were doing. She gave us recommendations for dinner restaurants. We only spent one night, but enjoyed sitting on the beach and relaxing. It was great that she provided chairs. I would definitely recommend her to others and hope to stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The bathroom was particularly nice. Overall a very nice experience. The yard was a nice size and would have been great for walking our dog but the high grass especially in the back area made that difficult.”
