Can Nadal

  • Welcome to Casa Can Nadal, a great village house on the edge of Sineu. This elevated location offers you breathtaking panoramic views. This lovingly renovated and excellently equipped village house with its typical Mallorcan stone front extends over the ground floor and first floor. Upon entering the house you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall from which you can enter the garage and access the lower terrace. 

    On the ground floor of the house there is a cozy double room (without air conditioning) and a bathroom. A staircase with 17 steps takes you to the upper part of the house.Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a comfortable sofa area, flat-screen TV and WiFi, as well as another double room with its own bathroom, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom, living room and kitchen have direct access to the spacious 50m2 terrace from which you can enjoy breathtaking views to the Puig de Randa.

    The house is fully equipped with all kinds of towels. Upon request, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge to ensure that our little guests have a pleasant stay.

    About Sineu and the surrounding area:

    Sineu is a picturesque village in the center of Mallorca and has a lot to offer.The town is famous for its weekly market, which takes place every Wednesday and is considered one of the oldest markets on the island. Here you can discover local products, handicrafts and culinary delights. Sineu is also known for its historic old town with charming cobbled streets and traditional Mallorcan buildings.

    The location of Casa Can Nadal allows you to easily explore the village of Sineu and its surroundings. Nearby you will find scenic hiking trails that lead to breathtaking viewpoints and hidden coves. The central location on the island also makes it easy to explore other parts of Mallorca, be it the coast with its beaches or the historical sights and cities.

    Electricity consumption will be billed according to consumption, with the deposit of €300.00 being deducted.

    The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events) is enough.

    In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over. It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)

    Great location only a few mInutes from main squares

    This house would get 5 stars with only a few additional improvements. 1. For some reason the house is advertised as having a pool. It does not. This didn’t effect us but if you were expecting a pool then it would be very disappointing. 2. First floor shower - a normal overhead shower would be much better as the hydro therapy shower is not very effective. 3. Some new cushions for the outdoor furniture However everything else is a very good standard, lots of space, comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen with all the appliances you need. We cooked several times and ate out on the terrace with wonderful views. The owner was very helpful and it was no problem to come over one night when we locked ourselves out, which is something to be careful about, once the door shuts behind you there’s no way back in without the key. We were also allowed a late check out which was very kind. You have to pay extra for electricity used but that wasn’t much at all. All in all, a great house in a perfect location, easy access to the surrounding areas and beaches by car, and a 40 min train into Parma from the nearby station.

    Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

    Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Wohnung und hatten daher sehr viel Platz. Die Wohnung würde aber auch für 4 oder sogar 6 Personen genug Platz bieten. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir waren zum ersten mal auf Mallorca und haben daher Sineu wegen der zentralen Lage als Aufenthaltsort gewählt. Die Wohnung liegt zwar am Stadtrand, sodass man vom Balkon einen ganz schönen Ausblick auf Felder genießt, anfahren muss man aber von der Dorfseite her durch sehr enge Gassen. Wir hatten einen SUV gemietet, was für Sineu eine absolut schlechte Entscheidung war. Das hatten wir vorher nicht recherchiert. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Garage, die auch vom unteren Flur aus direkt zugänglich war. Das war sehr praktisch. Auch hier benötigt man aber einiges Geschick, um einen großen Mietwagen einzupacken, wenn auf der schmalen Straße viele Autos parken. Zu Fuß hat uns aber das alte Stadtbild in Sineu sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt auch fußläufig ausreichend gute Optionen, um abends essen zu gehen. Der Ort selbst ist sehr ruhig, zur Nebensaison sogar etwas verschlafen. Das hat uns aber gut gefallen. Die stark befahrene Straße hinter dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört. Es sind ja auch noch ein paar Felder dazwischen. Frau Seidl und Ihre Kollegin von der Vermittlung sprechen beide fließend deutsch und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei telefonischen Rückfragen hat man uns sofort geholfen. Auch hat man uns es ermöglicht, spät abends noch einzuchecken, da wir erst spät gelandet sind. Die Übergabe wurde vom freundlichen Vermieter durchgeführt, welcher allerdings nur spanisch spricht. Die Damen von der Vermittlung standen aber auch zu später Stunde noch telefonisch für Übersetzungen bereit. Wir empfanden den Umgang mit Vermieter und Vermittlung als sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.     Amazing place in good location.

    Amazing place. Everything is super clean and in great condition (not so often you see it on this level). Nice location with walking distance to the center of the town. I would recommend the place and would definitely come again.

    Finca Can Nadal traumhaft

    Die Finca ist sehr schön in Sineu gelegen und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Das gesamte Objekt ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Garage echt klasse. Wir würden die Finca immer wieder buchen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

    Dejlig feriebolig med nogle skønne terrassen.

    Huset var fint, men da vejret var køligt var der også koldt i huset, underste etage var uden opvarmnings muligheder. Den fine massage dusch kunne vi ikke få til at fungere og bidet i det andet badeværelse virkede heller ikke. Låsen i terrassedøren kunne ikke låses. Dejligt med egen garage.

    Tolles Haus mit toller Aussicht

    Haben unsere Herbstferien (2 Wochen) diese Jahr im Can Nadal verbracht. Die Aussagen der Vormieter treffen in vollem Umfang auf das Objekt zu. Tolles Haus, tolle Aussicht, tolle Atmosphäre, netter Vermieter, sehr kompetente und freundliche Vermittlung durch "Immobilien Sineu"- auch während des Aufenthaltes. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

    4 Kölner in Sineu

    Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Sineu und fühlen uns immer wieder gut betreut durch Immobilien-Sineu. Der Hausbesitzer war ebenfalls sehr nett. Ein kleines Problem hatten wir mit der Müllentsorgung. Laut Beschreibung sollte er vom Besitzer abgeholt werden. Da dies nicht geschah, haben wir uns am nachgelieferten Müllplan orientiert. Aber er wurde nicht abgeholt, also haben wir in selbst entsorgt. Und das Plantschbecken könnte ein wenig größer sein und das Wasser müsste in 10 Tagen mal gewechselt werden. Die beiden Punkte haben unserem wunderschönen Urlaub allerdings in keinerster Weise beeinflußt

    Beautiful views!

    Lovely house situated in the middle of Mallorca. We went out of season so the town was fairly quiet but there were still restaurants open. We spent 5 days cycling around the island which was bliss and each evening sat on the terrace watching the moon rise and listening to the night owls.

    Wunderschönes Dorfhaus in herrlicher Umgebung

    Das Casa Can Nadal ist perfekt für Menschen die Abseits des üblichen Touristenrummels, jedoch nicht einsam auf dem Land ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Vielzahl von Restaurant sind in Fußnähe erreichbar. Ideal ist die Zugverbindung nach Palma. Das Stadthaus hat eine sehr gut Ausstattung. Wohnzimmermöbel und Bett waren bequem. Wer gerne mit einheimischen Produkten kochen möchte, findet eine hervorragende Küchen-ausstattung vor. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr sowie Gläser und sonstige Küchenhelfer sind in gutem Zustand und in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Spülmaschine und eine große Kühl/Gefrierkombination runden das sehr positive Bild ab! Danke für die kulinarischen Ge-nüsse, die wir uns zubereiten konnten! Wir bewohnten das große saubere und gepflegte Haus zu Zweit und nutzen daher nur die obere Etage. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und der freie Blick phantastisch. Für 2 bis 3 Personen sind genügend gleichartige Sitzmöbel im Außenbereich vorhanden, mit mehreren Personen wird es schwierig. Es gab zwei Liegestühle, leider keine richtige Liege. Den auf den Fotos abgebildete Pool gab es leider nicht, vermutlich weil wir Anfang April dort eine Woche verbrachten… Die Garage konnte nicht genutzt, da das Gestänge der Tür verrottet war, sie also nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Die versprochenen Handwerker ließen sich nicht blicken. Man konnte allerdings das Auto auf der kleinen Straße parken. Über diese beiden Informationen hätten wir uns vor der Reise gefreut: Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns im Casa Can Nadal sehr wohlgefühlt und hoffen, dass wir dort bald wieder ein paar Wochen verbringen können!!!

    Wirklich traumhaft

    Das Haus ist eine Wucht! Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es auf den Fotos abgebildet und im Text beschrieben ist. Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber noch Zentral in Sineu. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise optimal. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wir werden auch sicherlich wiederkommen.

    Stunning views from a stunning villa!

    Casa Can Nadal is situated in a perfect location with easy access to all the local amenities provided by the beautiful town of Sineu, and the surrounding area. The villa enjoys an elevated position and offers fantastic views from both the upper and lower balconies. The villa is immaculately presented, very spacious, and provides everything you would expect in order to simply relax and enjoy your holiday - although a couple of sun loungers would be a welcome addition:-) Sineu offers a plethora of shops and places to eat. If you enjoy pasta and pizza then "Tomassini" is the place for you. Excellent food, a buzzy atmosphere, and a charming host. If you just want to sit a while and enjoy a drink with the locals, we would recommend "Bar Triquet". It's a traditional family run bar situated in a prime location in the main square. The host, Gabriel, is a real gentlemen and an excellent source for those requiring a local weather report: the usual response is "Marvellous!" Don't miss the market on Wednesdays! It's a truly unforgettable experience and offers something for everyone. Get there early because it attracts hundreds of day-trippers, such is its popularity. Friday night is dancing night in Sa Placa and is a wonderful, lively experience. The square is full of al fresco diners, many of whom are locals with their families enjoying good food and good company. You may be tempted to have a bit of a boogy so don’t forget your dancing shoes! It’s great fun! Sineu is a lovely old town and is the perfect base for everything the beautiful island of Majorca has to offer whether on foot, by bike, or by car or train. We would highly recommend Casa Can Nadal to anyone looking for an immaculate, clean and well presented villa situated in a prime location. We had a fantastic holiday and often drift back to the al fresco fun we shred on the villa's balconies, whilst soaking up the hot sun and stunning views. Can we move in?

    La plus belle villa de Sineu

    Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances dans cette superbe villa à Sineu. La villa surplombe le village, elle était donc facile à trouver une fois arrivés à Sineu. Au-delà de la description qui est parfaitement conforme à ce que nous avons constaté sur place, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la gentillesse du propriétaire et de son accueil chaleureux. La suite à l'étage est immense avec une ouverture sur la terrasse d'en haut, c'est magnifique! Le parking intérieur avec une ouverture et fermeture commandées à distance peut contenir aisément deux citadines. L'ensemble de la villa est très bien sécurisé. Attention cependant à la piscine car il s'agit d'une gonflable...Nous en avons quand même profité. Quant au village en lui-même, il n'est pas pollué par le tourisme de masse, ce qui est une très bonne chose. Ne ratez surtout pas le marché de Sineu... Au final, une très belle villa avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix qui nous a servi de base pour faire le tour de l'ile durant deux semaines.     Lovely house with beutiful view

    We spend two weeks in this lovely and spacious house. We loved it! Terraces are large, brand new kitchen and equipments, everything was really clean. Garage is big, you can even park 2 cars there. This villa had everything we needed. Owner was really helpful and kind. Sineu is an old and peaceful village without mass turism.
