Beautiful Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay, despite the freak storm that hit whilst we were there! The owners made us feel very welcome and came to our aid immediately after the storm to clear debris from the pool and garden area. The house is perfectly located for exploring the island in any direction. The views across the flat lands were beautiful and the nearby town of Sineu is incredibly charming and the people very welcoming. The weekly Wednesday market is an absolute must. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our stay at this finca was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and full of charm. We felt comfortable from the very first moment and immediately had the feeling of being at home.The garden and pool area are simply fantastic. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sun and the peaceful surroundings. It felt like our own private oasis where we could completely unwind.The location is quiet and secluded, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time well connected. Beaches and cities can be reached in about 40 minutes by car, which gave us the opportunity to explore the island during the day and then return to the calm and beauty of the finca in the evening.A very big thank you goes to Magdalena, the host. She was always available, incredibly kind and super helpful. Her hospitality made our stay even more special and we felt very well taken care of.This finca is truly a gem. We had one of our best holidays here and are already looking forward to coming back.

Die Finca ist genau so bzw. noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern/ in der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.Marga, die Gastgeberin, versucht alle Wünsche sofort zu erfüllen.Die Finca ist perfekt in der Inselmitte gelegen, sodass man alle sehenswerten Ausflugsziele innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreicht.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für die erholsame Woche Auszeit.

Schöner Aufenthalt / Super Pool!

Der Check-In war total unkompliziert. Wir sind spät angekommen und konnten dann einen kontaktlosen Check-In machen. Der Pool war aufgrund der vorherigen Regenfälle ein bisschen trüb, aber die Besitzerin kam fast täglich und hat sich um die Reinigung gekümmert. Wir konnten unbedenklich diesen nutzen und hatten wirklich keine Nachteile. Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, der lohnt sich wirklich. :) Während des Aufenthalts waren die Temperaturen am Tag über 30 Grad und nachts meist um die 25 Grad, dadurch war es sehr warm im Haus, da (wie in der Beschreibung) keine Klimaanlage eingebaut ist. Wir haben abends das ganze Haus einmal gelüftet, aber mit offenem Fenster haben wir aufgrund von Tieren / Insekten nicht geschlafen. Abends sitzt es sich super auf einer der Terrassen. Ab und zu huschen Käfer, Salamander / Geckos und Insekten vorbei. Das Haus war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. :)

Prima verblijf

We hebben een hele fijn week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het zwembad was heerlijk, de ruimten waren erg fijn en het terras was prachtig. De foto van de zitkamer is gedateerd, er staat onder andere een ander bankstel. En goed om te weten dat er tweebaansweg langs het huis loopt. Eerst schrokken we daarvan, maar al snel heb je het niet meer in de gaten. De locatie ten opzichte van Sineu is heel fijn. Slechts op 4 minuten afstand zit een hele fijne kleine supermarkt. En ga vooral langs bij het Tapas restaurant 'La Cocina'. Een fijn huis op een mooie locatie!

Jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Wir sind erst sehr spät abends angereist, aber es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Lage der Finca war für uns perfekt- man fährt in jede Richtung der Insel in ca 45 Minuten und ist am Ziel. Mn hat seine Ruhe, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt und kann seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

Great base to explore Mallorca

Lovely villa with everything needed for a family stay. The villa is beautiful with two terraces and a great pool area for relaxing, set in pretty grounds that are well looked after. On arrival, we were met by the host to show us around the villa and explain the various facilities, which included everything we needed for a family with young children. The central villa location is perfect for exploring the island if you have a car and Sineu is a charming town with plenty of places to eat and shop but never seemed too busy - except for the Wednesday market! Great holiday in a lovely villa!

Gemischte Gefühle

Zunächst das Positive: Die Lage ist abgeschieden, man ist für sich, aber nur einen Katzensprung von Sineu entfernt. Die viel befahrene Strasse direkt vor dem Objekt stört nicht allzu sehr. Der Check -in ist entspannt, die Besitzerin freundlich. Die Bilder des Hauses geben den wirklichen Zustand wieder, das passt ganz gut. Jetzt zu den kritischen Aspekten: Das ist ein authentisches mallorquinisches Haus. Unmittelbar darum herum gibt es landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche, die auch aktuell bewirtschaftet wird. Daher steht auf dem Grundstück auch einmal ein Trecker, ein Pflug oder eine Düngemittelbox. Das muss einen optisch nicht weiter stören. Unangenehm fanden wir, dass auf dem Grundstück abgestellte, offene Futtersäcke allerlei Tiere anlockte, für die das Futter vermutlich nicht vorgesehen war: Ratten, Mäuse und andere flinke Vierbeiner. Die möchte man im Urlaub von der Liege aus nicht sehen. Unsere Empfehlung: Bitte Trockenfutter in geschlossenen Behältern aufbewahren. Angst vor Schlangen, mallorquinischen Skorpionen und anderen Insekten darf man nicht haben - wir haben alle am oder im Haus gesichtet. Daher Empfehlung: Bitte Fliegengitter - vor allem an das Küchenfenster- anbringen. Moskitonetze über den Betten wären ein schönes Plus. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, meinen aber, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Hochsaison nicht angemessen ist. Denn man muß seinen Müll selbst entsorgen und eine Reinigung des Hauses während des Aufenthaltes wird nicht angeboten.

Entspannter Urlaub in rustikaler Wohlfühloase

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in einer wirklich hübschen Finca verbracht (4 Erwachsene, 3 Teenager). Das Objekt ist super ausgestattet, der Pool ordentlich groß, WLAN funktionstüchtig und die Hausbesitzerin sehr nett. Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, dafür sind Ventilatoren aufgestellt die etwas Kühlung verschaffen. Nervig waren lediglich die an der Grundstücksgrenze angeleinten beiden Hunde des Nachbarn, welche gefühlt nächtelang gebellt haben. Ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen und empfehlen die Finca sehr gern weiter!

Tolle Finca im Mittelpunkt der Insel

Wir (2 Personen) waren ab Mitte April für fast 2 Wochen in der Finca. Das Wetter meinte es gut mit uns. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen hatten wir uns für den Ort Sineu und für "Maravilla" entschieden. Und das war auch sehr gut so. Egal wohin man gefahren ist...länger als eine Stunde fuhr man meistens nicht. Außer es gab zwischendurch ein paar Radfahrer die einen ausbremsten. Den Ort kann man gut in ca. 15min zu Fuß oder in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Abends allerdings eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen. Kein Fußweg! In dem schönen ruhigen Ort Sineu (außer Mittwochs/Markttag) gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Supermärkte, gute Restaurants und einen Bahnhof. Von dort kann man den Zug nach Palma nehmen. Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute, zwar einfache, Ausstattung. Aber es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Strandtücher waren vorhanden. Die Radiatoren sind für kühle Tage/Nächte angebracht. Tolle Außenanlage. Die zwei Terrassen haben wir gut genutzt. Eine Terrasse am Morgen und eine am Abend. Perfekt! Man durfte sich an dem Obst im Garten bedienen. Der Pool war uns etwas zu kalt aber an heißen Tagen sicherlich eine tolle Sache. Anfangs hatten wir Probleme mit den doch zu hörenden Autos, aber irgendwann hatten wir uns vielleicht daran gewöhnt. Wer vollkommene Ruhe sucht, für den wäre die Finca nichts. Obwohl es uns störte, würden wir nochmal wieder kommen. Denn das Preisleistungsverhältnis und das ganze andere drum herum hat uns einfach gut gefallen. Allen die sich für die wunderschöne Insel entscheiden, wünschen wir einen tollen Urlaub!

Rustic Charm near Sineu

This is our 4th trip as a family to Mallorca and each time we have used HomeAway. Also this is our 3rd trip to this area in the centre of the island having previously stayed in Ariany an St Joan. As it happens this is also our 3rd stay in a property managed by the same German managers who also speak excellent English and who have always been very helpful. Rest assured that they are totally above board and trustworthy and we would not hesitate to use them again. This property will let you experience another side of Mallorca well away from mass tourism. Sineu is an authentic small Mallorcan town famed for its Wednesday market which attracts visitors from all over the island. However it has much to offer the rest of the time for the discerning traveller, including nice shops and great restaurants without being pretentious: we particularly enjoyed La Nata (which is a Portugese restaurant actually) and Pa Torrat for wood fired pizzas. The property is just outside the town - 10 to 15 minute walk but we mainly drove. The property is set back from the road from which there is occasional road noise but nothing obtrusive (and I am VERY sensitive about road noise) - however if you are looking for total seclusion it might not be for you. The property is spacious and well equipped with two separate terraces which give different outlooks and a variety of places to sit. Both terraces overlook the pool which is situated below the property down some steps. German satellite channels mainly with the odd English Channel. WiFi pretty good - we brought our Chrome Cast dongle which we could use with the flat screen tv to watch YouTube etc which kept the kids happy when not in the pool. Overall lovely relaxing spot and well placed right in the middle of Mallorca for exploring the whole of the island. Car essential.

Schöne Finca

Schöne Finca in der Inselmitte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Lage optimal um überall hin zu fahren, keine langen wege. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Es war zwar nachts kalt aber mit den Radiatoren und dem Kamin war die Finca schnell warm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Idealer Ort

Die Finca ist der ideale Ort zum Erkunden, die umgebende Landschaft zu geniessen sowie zum faulenzen und schwimmen im ausreichend großen Pool. Kurz, um Urlaub zu machen und zu geniessen. Wir waren im Mai hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Anfangs zu zweit und später kam unsere Tochter noch mit Familie für ein paar Tage dazu. Das Haus, auf einem großen Grundstück bietet Platz genug, die beiden Terrassen, eine zum frühstücken, die andere für abends sind toll. Ausgestattet mit mediterranen Details. Das Haus mit seinen Einrichtungen war gepflegt und die Betreung durch die Besitzerin und die Vermittler war ausgezeichnet. Wir waren begeistert und kommen wieder. Der Ort Sineu hat noch seine Ursprünglichkeit und Ruhe behalten. Mittwochs ist jedoch Rummeltag durch den inselbekannten Markt. Durch die Zugverbindung nach Manacor und Palma kann man das Auto auch schon einmal stehen lassen. Das machen wir beim nächsten Mal.

Traumhafte Urlaubswoche

Wir haben in der Finca eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles technisch in einwandfreiem Zustand und gehobene Ausstattung. Uns fehlte es an nichts und trotz 35° C war es im Haus nie unerträglich warm, dank der sehr dicken Außenwände. Die fest Überdachte Westterrasse ist auch bei sehr warmem Wetter sehr gut benutzbar und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick. und wurde zu unserem Lieblingsplatz. Für Sonnenanbeter eignet sich die große Südterrasse Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und Temperatur, so dass man sich hier immer wieder erfrischen kann. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Ein defekter Käscher wurde sofort ausgetauscht, der Pool wurde während der Woche gereinigt und sogar Pflaumen vom eigenen Baum auf dem Grundstück hat man uns gepflückt und vor die Tür gestellt. Die frühe Abreise (7:00) war auch kein Problem, wir konnten den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten werfen und zum Flughafen fahren. Die zentrale Lage von Sineu ist hervorragend, wenn man ab und an einen Tagesausflug machen will. Palma ist etwa 30 Min. entfernt, ebenso Poncella usw. Auch der Ort Sineu hat einiges an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu bieten und für den Großeinkauf empfiehlt sich Inca (ca 15 Km entfernt) Da das Haus etwas außerhalb von Sineu liegt, sollte man einen Mietwagen buchen. Kurzum: Wir waren rundum zufrieden und sehr von dieser Finca angetan. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne mallorcinische Finca

Authentische Finca im echten Mallorca! Wir waren mit Grosseltern und 2 Kindern dort! Perfekt ausgestattet, Sitzkissen, viele Handtücher, Seife, an alles wurde gedacht! grosser gepflegter Pool, grosses Grundstück mit Feigen und Zitruspflanzen zum selbst ernten! Liebevolle Terrassen, toller Steinofen zum Pizza backen! Überall Liebe zum Detail! Wunderschön! Der Ort Sineu ist ausser am Markttag etwas verschlafen und nur mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen! Die Finca kann zu Fuss nur über die befahrene Landstrasse verlassen werden. Die Strasse ist ebenso wie die Flugzeuge zu hören, obaohl man auf dem Land ist! Zu den Stränden muss man mindestens 30 min. fahren! Uns hats nicht gestört! Wir kommen wieder!
