Son Palanca is a spectacular rural villa located in Sineu, in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by nature and tranquillity. This estate elegantly combines the charm of the Mallorcan rustic style with the modern comforts we seek in unforgettable holidays.



The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in its 5 spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two rooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms, all with two single beds, heating and air conditioning for maximum comfort. The house has two modern bathrooms, both with shower and toilet.



The interior of the dwelling stands out for its warmth and luminosity. It features a cosy living room with plush sofas and armchairs, a dining room with satellite television, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook comfortably, located next to the old fireplace that provides a touch of history and character.



The exterior of Son Palanca invites you to enjoy the surroundings: outdoor dinners under the awning, moments of relaxation in the armchairs, sunbathing on the loungers... and of course, a large private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peace offered by this unique property.



Moreover, the property has private parking space, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the entire stay.

Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

A fixed charge of €18 per day for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid in cash to the owner on the day of arrival.



All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

A refundable deposit is charged.

Parties are not allowed.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
