The pod hotels are actually very cool . I reserved a room with king bed , window and private bathroom so for me it was not really like a pod hotel. The staff is well trained and check in and check out was fast and easy . I stayed a week so had plenty of time to assess the hotel.

Nothing is good about this property. Poorly maintained and run down hotel. Staff don't speak good English nor shown any concern for guest. The only thing that is good about this property is the air conditioner. But don't expect anything else.

本当に終わってます。画像詐欺で実際の部屋は囚人の部屋よりも酷い状態です。 スタッフやオーナーの人当たりはとても良かったですがいい点はそれだけです。部屋の壁は全てカビが存在し、全ての空間で異様な匂いがずっとします。 シーツにもシミがついており、人の毛もありました。すぐにホテルを取り直しました。とても残念でした。

A cheap hotel, but absolutely dirty by European standards. We spent just a couple of nights, trying to ignore everything by closing our eyes and nose. Stains, mold, and other signs of neglect were everywhere. Guests were screaming, watching TV, or talking on the phone at high volumes on every floor. Despite the terrible condition of the property, the receptionists were nice and helpful.

rooms facing at the back of building is better

I booked deluxe room but got free upgrade to premium room, all premium rooms facing busy main street and traffic noises throughout day & night coming through un-double glazed even it is openable window which is good for fresh air circulation. And the bed makes some noise as well. The Room is so dim, need more lights in the room. Others than those problems, are good.

Die schlimmste Unterkunft jemals und auch noch viel zu teuer. Hätte ich von Singapur nicht erwartet. Das Zimmer war voll mit Haaren und Lebensmittel von Vorgängern. Keine richtige Bettdecke. Das Zimmer wurde in 6 Tagen kein einziges Mal gereinigt trotz raushängen des Hinweises zum Reinigen. Die Tücher sind völlig verbraucht. Die Klimaanlage ist immer wieder Mal einfach ausgefallen. Und noch einiges mehr. Ich würde allen Reise Portalen wie Expedia raten das Hotel aus dem Programm zu nehmen.

Dingy hotel

Formerly known as Regin Hotel, the hotel is located in a very old building. Even though it has been taken over by another company, the rooms are small and bare. The sheets are dusty and the blankets are dubious. There was hair left on the blankets from the previous users. We were in the room for less than 20 minutes before making the decision to check out. We couldn't make ourselves stay overnight in the room. When we checked out, we asked for a refund. But the receptionist couldn't do anything since the booking was made through a 3rd-party app. I contacted hotels.com's customer serviceand they tried to contact the hotel immediately to get a refund. They tried to call the hotel, but the phone at reception wasn't ringing. They emailed the hotel and after 2 days, I got an email to say that the hotel declined to give me a refund. Maybe only consider booking this hotel if you absolutely have no choice.

Towels had holes, but appeared clean. Sheets had visible stains. They rent by the hour also (wish I knew that before I booked the reservation). Positives: fairly close to the green line MRT (located between 2 stops) and air conditioner worked.

Meget dårlig sted for vestlige turister.

Meget dårlig service. Jeg bestilte to rom, den andre par, bad om wc papir tre gang og ikke fikk det. De bad om å bytte håndklær siden de fikk dårlig håndklær, fikk heller ikke. Jeg bad om sukker til kaffe, fikk ingen. Det var ingen te poser. Ingen vennlighet.
