When we arrived the gentleman we met shifted rude to offensive, the bed was atrociously uncomfortable, the breakfast was stone cold, one of the eight charging ports in the restaurant worked. All in all, to be blunt, it was an atrocious waste of money and never again.

Convenient location on Terminal 3 easily walkable to all gates, very quiet and clean property. Highly recommend for layover rest.

I liked the staff and the check-in process.
I was able to book in person a room for my return flight in late September, when I had been informed on-line that the hotel was fully booked for the dates I requested.
There was only a bath mat in the bathroom, no towel. I would have appreciated a comfortable chair.

Good option for breaking up the long haul flight. Unfortunately there was only one staff member checking in a queue of recently arrived guests so it took what felt like forever after a long flight. The rooms are clean, dark and quiet.
