Worst hotel in 2023
The maintenance work was so noise and they they even continued after 6pm! I called the hotel manager at 6:20pm and he told me that he dont know about the maintenance work and will check. They maintenance work didnt stop until 6:50pm. The manager didnt call me during that 30 mins. He only dare to call me right after the maintainence work finally stop, and he even ask if i can still hear the noise. I believe he was pretenting that he didnt know the maintenance work. What a shame! Breakfast was poor, very limited choice, and the place is not an official restaurant, instead, the table are arranged in a meeting and the corridor outside. It is definitely a waste of money for the breakfast. Staff are extremely unhelpful, the concierge who kept our luggages went to talk with the front desk staff for 10 mins leaving their counter empty!

Nice staff
Hotel location is very near to Airport T3, it's very convenient for tourist having an earlier flight. Staff is helpful and polite.

很棒的地點
飯店的地點非常好，逛街購物以及登機都超方便，唯一可惜的是飯店早餐餐檯上素食選項非常少，不過只要詢問，廚房還是願意另外幫忙準備合適的餐點，這點很感謝，值得再次光臨

The room was spacious, comfortable. WiFi was fast. Drawers could not be closed properly. Location was convenience for those taking early morning flight, and it was walking distance to Jewel. Main lobby and lift lobbies were very gloomy and feeling was not comfortable. Breakfast buffet did not offer many varieties.
