The hotel is well located near eateries and public transport in the nice neighborhood of chinatown. The staff also kept the hotel clean and the tenants were quiet.
Right on one of the Chinatown streets:- excellent. And proximity to two MET stations; couldn’t be better. extremely hot water:- very satisfying showers. Absolutely ideal location
Reception Service was very friendly and Accommodating. Listen and Understand my Request. The Hotel is at a very good Location full with nice food and place to walk around.
This was a relatively convenient accommodation due to its central location in chinatown, near the MRT station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the walls are paper thin and it’s impossible to sleep properly. You can hear everything from other rooms. Also, the bathroom needs urgent upgrades. It did not have a shower curtain and felt dirty. The A/C worked well though. Better than a hostel, definitely not “boutique”.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Staff were very helpful, no guardrail going to the second floor. Very noisy and we couldn’t relax at all.
Without any hyperbole - the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

SGD 100 deposit ( 3 month wait)
Location is good.
Big issue with deposit upon check in - SGD 100 , i did not have cash so was changed from my credit card and was told 3 months wait for it to be retuned - this is unacceptable
Will book somewhere else next time
Got a surprise when checking in. Was asked to pay a $100 'deposit' to be returned a month later!? Room is tiny, right in the middle of Chinatown which is fun but noisy.
so dirty had to clean myself
bedding not clean everything in the room is not kept
everything in the hotel loos like a storeroom things is just everywhere looks like hotel don't care you pay you stay as is..
For the price we paid, I wasn't expecting too much, we just needed a few beds to stay on our layover in Singapore. However, standards were well below average. Booked twin bed rooms & got book beds, which not too much of an issue, but any slight movements in bed and the whole frame creaked. Room were very small, and for the price we paid, you could get vetter value elsewhere.
The staff was pleasant because they helped us to carry our three suitcases, two suitcases weighed 24 kg. Indeed this hotel has no elevator and the escalators were dysfunctional. They don't offer Taxi service but they managed to call someone to take us to the airport. The room was very dirty, the bathroom didn't have some important hygiene products (hand soap). Fortunately we were only staying while waiting for our next flight.
It was very small room and dirty. Towels and sheets were not changed. Access from the door to the room was very hard.
Bathroom was so small that one person could not turn.
I didn’t book the first night by mistake and they changed me 5 times more.
I don’t recommend it to anyone else.
The place was in very poor condition, dirty and unsafe. It is practically a warehouse with rooms without any security, with a lot of noise all night, and in very poor condition, floor with raised boards, stained and broken walls, door with broken security, insects in the corners of the walls, rusty pipes... There was never anyone at the reception.
surely one of the worst hotels in the world, tiny rooms and expensive, air conditioning not working in 3 rooms. yes, i asked to be switched 3 times.
in the end i booked somewhere else and they refused to refund me. i am disputing the transaction with my bank.
Bad experience stay, 1st door key not able to open the door when check in. After we back from dinner more worse need to waited abt 2hours for the staffs to open the door for us. An hours later the room next to me started to make noise n funs…… During this phase2 Covid-19 how can hotel staff allowed 4persons in one room? 2boys n 2girls smoking @ balcony n banging the room. Spoiled ours day !!!
Room was not ready by 3pm during check in time. The room was still dirty, sheets had bugs. The room had lots of ants during check in and throughout the stay, even on top of the bed. Not a pleasant smell in the room. No toilet paper, we had to buy one. They will also only provide 1room key even if you request for 2. Air condition takes forever to cool the room since every time you leave, you have to take the room key, which will then turn off everything in the room. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was 1/10. Will never stay there again.
