The best hotel for Business trip
I’ve stayed in Westin hotel Singapore for such a long time whenever i had business trip to Singapore, so this was natural to me to make the same choice when I planned family trip. However, I was very disappointed this time. The house keeping was unable to provide normal baby crib supplies such as baby pillow or blanket that fit the baby cot size, so they could only provide a huge blanket for a king bed for us. Not to mention that the hotel forgot to provide a basic anti-slip mat on the bath floor to prevent small kids from slipping on the wet floor, and sadly this actually happened on my two-year-old girl and she hit her back of the head. Thank God that everything was all right eventually. In conclusion, Westion hotel Singapore is excellent for business trips, but for family trips? I will never make the same mistake next time.

愉快的住宿體驗
非常愉快的住宿體驗，交通方便，離Marina bay很近，又不會像在金沙飯店人潮擁擠，住宿搭電梯刷房卡又能區隔住宿與未住宿的人，安全感十足，游泳池也是讓人舒適的。

交通便利的好飯店，但有忘記補備品的狀況
飯店的設施、清潔與服務原則上都很好。 只是我們二大一小住三晚，續住第二天回到飯店時發現已使用之茶包未補充，浴室的洗髮精、沐浴乳也未補充。後來告知櫃台，馬上就補給了。只是第三天的茶包還是忘了補充。除了這點，其他都不錯。

酒店的職員，設施，整潔度及舒適度也很好！酒店在商業區內，旺中帶靜，行三分鐘就到達MRT站，樓下有food court，靠近也有老巴刹食市。而去一些景點只要坐一兩個MRT站就到，而去聖淘沙也只需坐四個站就到，非常方便。酒店不足的地方是泳池開放時間太短，11:00am-18:00pm.

市中心地鐵站E出口步行3分鐘左右就到。但門牌不太明顯，一開始有點難找。附近也有平民食肆中心，亦有位於商廈的food court, 非常便利。

LOBBY在32樓,一開始入住比較難找 附近有MRT很方便. 以及樓下附近有咖啡廳可用早餐. 飯店房間景色很好.房間內很乾淨. 也意外得到升等的機會.

离各个景点都好近
房间很大，view不错，酒店的无边泳池很干净，最重要的是地理位置好。离mrt走路2分钟，到其他地方基本只要做2站都能到达各个旅游景点。

Hotel with great location
Reception was very helpful as my trip started early in the morning, I was lucky to have room arranged early which helped my baby boy to get settled first. what a great relief. Location wise its great. Close to the MRT and local food court (best satay place in town) just nearby. Overall my family and I very enjoy the stay and the service we received from the hotel.
