The hotel location, walkability, nearby convenience shops, transit options and dining choices as well as the staff were great. They took care of minor details like having kids amenities and facilitated us in early checkin and late check out. If I’m not wrong Zahidah was the one at the front desk who helped us out with everything. Another great feature was the Laundromat which was a great help. Great hotel, location and people.

Great staff

The service was excellent as always Despite noise from some other guests, Jeffrey was quick to offer suggestions to rectify it and I was very happy to see Sobana again. Thank you for always ensuring guest comfort and I have seen how efficient staff are as usual again first hand bed and pillows were fabulous, room was towards the quieter side of hotel as requested.

Room was clean and comfortable. Handy location to transport and food choices. There were a total of 7 deck chairs/sun lounges available at the pool with around 19 floors of rooms at the hotel. There was plenty of space for more chairs.

The reception service needs to beef up to avoid guest disappointment and inconvenience. The concierge service too has a huge room for improvement being the first customer contact to make guests feel more welcome.
