A 100-square-meter apartment on the first floor of a small building, located at the corner of Via Nazario Sauro and Via Ancona.

The location is strategic—we’re at the start of the typical evening stroll, but without the street stalls right under the windows.

We’re on the opposite side of the village from the harbor, to avoid unpleasant odors.

The beach is just 270 meters away—less than a 3-minute walk. So if you want to enjoy the beach in comfort, go to and from the beach whenever it’s most convenient for you, and forget about getting into a car at 40° with scorching seats, this is the home for you.

All the main amenities are right at your fingertips: a post office, bank, gas station, supermarkets, a bakery, and stores for daily necessities. All are within walking distance.

Plus, just a few steps away, there’s a large free parking lot, which is also ideal for visits from friends and family.

Let’s take a look inside the house.

The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds, and 1 with a two-person sofa bed), the bathroom with a shower, and the spacious living area.

The living room, furnished with comfortable leather sofas, separates the kitchenette from the 30-square-meter terrace, which is ideal for dining al fresco in the evening.

Alternatively, on the hottest days, you can rely on the air conditioning.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2019.

The bathroom with a shower stall is very convenient, even with small children.

It includes a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave. All are located inside and for the exclusive use of the household.

It’s ideal for four people, but if you’re willing to squeeze in for a few days, it can comfortably accommodate up to six.

There are also a few drawbacks.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you can smoke comfortably while sitting on the terrace.

There is no internet connection. Unless you need to stay connected 24/7, I suggest using your smartphone’s data connection.

You cannot use barbecues or grills on the terrace. There’s another apartment above this one, and the residents there wouldn’t appreciate being smoked out 🙂
