This was in a good location and the managers were wonderful but I don’t recommend. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Also the Hotels.com advertising was incorrect. No spa no airport transfer.

Disapointing accommodation in a great area!

I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business. - Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing up sponges. Also had to request a kettle as there wasn't one (Clara did get us one from the Hotel straight away). - the electric went out completely, twice. -the water tank in the bathroom dripped excessively onto the toilet seat after showers (this they already knew about when we told them but it wasn't mentioned to us when being shown around). - you have to hire bedlinen and towels if you don't bring your own. This was provided for us for compensation for the non sea view room although I had already bought my own bed linen so not really compensation. The linens are not changed at all so after 9 days they were a bit gross. - Waited at least 5 minutes at reception while Clara finished up her personal call (where we were not acknowledged and the call was not rushed to be finished). - Took a copy of my credit card as did not have cash to leave a deposit. After checking out I asked for the copy to take home and shred. I got a 'yes sir' salute which I found unbelievably rude.

Non è un hotel

Contrariamente dalla descrizione non c'è la piscina ne la palestra. Dopo la mia insistenza siamo stai quindi dirottati verso un'altra struttura nelle vicinanze dove effettivamente c'erano come da foto. Le camere sono da restaurare completamente soprattutto i bagni che sono in condizioni pessime. La colazione servita non è nemmeno da considerare, infatti abbiamo preferito farla fuori struttura. La reception è inesistente in quanto sostituita da un telefono da chiamare quando se ne ha bisogno.

Goed ontbijt buffet, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, min puntjes douche te klein riool lucht in doucheruimte, kamers gedateerd, Maar een leuk rustig hotel midden in het dorp. Stranden zijn top in Caletta en Campenizza Budoni.

Alles super! Sehr nette Gastgeber, super Frühstück. Sehr sauber. Stadtnähe wg. Restaurants perfekt. Zu einem schönen Stand braucht man das Auto. Erfahrungen haben aber gezeigt, dass das leider nie auf der Insel ohne Auto geht ;)

Très bon hôtel. Service de qualité. Gentillesse du personnel. Dommage que l’insonorisation ne soit pas meilleur mais c’est un problème rencontré de partout en Sardaigne. Je recommande cet hôtel pour la caletta !

Camere spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Una colazione continentale arricchita da ottime torte fatte in casa. La signora Clara e suo marito ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa. Sempre presenti anche se con discrezione hanno non solo esaudito tutte le nostre richieste, ma addirittura hanno saputo darci preziosi consigli e supporto per la nostra vacanza. Davvero consigliato.

Really loved the room, property and location, but unfortunately didn’t have a working AC, which is tough in summer. We were told to turn it on and wait but we woke up many times in the night in sweat. Even kept the blackout shades down in the day, but it didn’t help. Overall nice place but make sure you get a room with a working AC!

Dans l'ensemble satisfait

La piscine n est pas accessible pour les personnes de l'hôtel elle est accessible seulement pour les location d'appartement. Le Jaccuzzi n est pas accessible quand il ne fait pas beau peut être seulement accessible dans le cas où il y a le beau temps. Nous n'avons donc pas du tout pu profiter de la piscine et quasiment pas du Jaccuzzi. Il faut vraiment que ce soit préciser que ma chef est interdit pour ceux qui réservent les chambres d'hôtel La vue sur le port est possible que pour certains appartements. Nous on avait la vue sur un mur et des fenêtres. Sinon sur le plan propreté c'était propre. Disponibilité du personnelle super. Personnel était aimable et disponible, apportent des conseils, font l'effort de parler plusieurs langues pour répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients.

Die Lage der App. ist sehr gut. Fussläufig 400 m zum Strand, und 200 m zum kleinen Dorfzentrum mit vielen kleinen und guten Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein. Rund 27 qm. Die Betten sind unbequem. Aber alles recht ordentlich. Für zwei-drei Tage eine gute Alternative.

Mobiliar hatte bessere Zeiten gesehen. Besonders die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich hatte ihr Leben schon aufgegeben. Sonst war die Ausstattung zweckmäßig, wobei sich Teller und Tassen nicht im Hängeschrank sondern im Buffet unterste Etage befanden - ungewöhnlich. Lage des Appartement ist ok. Service sehr ok, wir waren allerdings auch die einzigen Gäste - Vorsaison.

Mooi strand met veel kite surfers en leuke strandtent in de buurt. Het seizoen was nog niet begonnen. Dus onze indruk was niet representatief. Aardig slaperig vakantiedorp. Lekker gewandeld en redelijk gegeten.
