"Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung war sehr sauber als wir ankamen und die Entfernung zum Strand mit dem Auto war sehr gut machbar. Man hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick über das Dorf und kann dort wunderbar die Abende ausklingen lassen. Vor allem die Klimaanlage war ein Lebensretter. Es gab gute Parkmöglichkeiten, in Absprache mit den Gastgebern ggf auch direkt in der Hofeinfahrt. Cons: Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto wenn man schnellen Zugang zum...

"Pros: Das Motorrad konnte gut und sicher auf dem Grundstück stehen. Auch die Auffahrt war sehr gut für's Motorrad. Cons: Abends tlw. sehr laut durch Hundebellen (gefühlte 20 Tiere!!) + Hähne, die zu jeder Tageszeit, also auch z. B. um 23.30Uhr oder 3.20Uhr krähten. Das Bellen dauerte zwar nicht lange (gefühlte 2- 4 Minuten), trat aber immer bei Fußgängern auf und dass mehrfach in der Nacht, auch spät abends oder sehr früh morgens."

It was obvious that many people come back every summer as returning guests which is always lovely to see."

"Upon arrival, I got there about an hour before designated check in. My room was ready and they graciously allowed me to check in a little bit early. On top of that, they also stored luggage for two of my friends I was traveling with before they flew out later that evening at no cost. Although it’s in a more residential/business location, it is conveniently not far from the airport, and also very near a bus line that takes you directly to the center city of Cagliari. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. Would recommend and will revisit if I return to the city."

"Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Superior room was spacious and modern with large balcony. The spa though needs an upgrade. The seawater pool is very dated with only half the massage jets working. Equally, whilst the 80s style evening entertainment was not our thing, there was no escape as from 10-11pm every evening it was so loud we could here it in our room with the doors and windows closed. Fortunately out 7 year old managed to sleep through it."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Gianni and Licia's home in Solanas and would happily return! The house is beautiful, spotless, and immediately felt welcoming. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to excellent air conditioning, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach.Gianni was a wonderful host. Communication before and throughout our stay was excellent—he was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The outdoor space was one of our favorite features—perfect for enjoying dinner or an evening drink. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and other beach equipment available for guests. Traveling as a family, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space.The location is excellent. It's just a short drive to the stunning beaches around Villasimius, but we actually fell in love with nearby Solanas Beach. Only about four minutes away, it is beautiful, peaceful, easy to park, and much less crowded than many of the larger beaches.Gianni and Licia have created a wonderful home that is comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and impeccably maintained. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return on our next visit to Sardinia!"
