Our rates do include energy and water till max ANG 50 average per night. You will be charged for additional costs at the end of your stay and costs will be calculated by actual usage via the meter readings. Please be aware that your energy bill will largely depend on your usage of the air conditioning.

A damage deposit of $500 per week of stay is for the settlement of the costs for additional water and electricity, as well as any damage or any loss of beach passes and entry tokens (Euro 250 pp) and other damage, if any. Upon departure our property manager will settle the costs with the deposit and refund you any balance remaining.
