“Munir was amazing ! We were able to check in early. Munir met us and showed us around apartment . He spent about 1 hour with us showing us on a map what were the must sees of Lisbon . He reviewed the metro system the highlight sights and out of town areas to visit including Sintra, cascais and Cabo da Roca. He gave us recommendations for food which we really enjoyed . The parking was easy . We had an issue not being able to open the washing machine and he called us within 5 minutes to offer help……

“En la llegada, al abrir el cajetín no había llaves. Durante casi 1hora esperamos la respuesta del propietario (era la 1 de la madrugada e íbamos con dos personas mayores...) Su respuesta fue cambiarnos a otro apartamento, en el cual no había ni agua caliente ni plancha y estaba sucio en general. Se lo comunicamos a la mañana siguiente y no respondió hasta por la tarde. Su respuesta, de nuevo, cambiarnos a la tercera planta. Ahí ya estuvimos hasta el final de la estancia, no hubo sorpresas. Se……
