“Amazing place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, actually the whole place is! The beds are probably the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. Its all the little details that make this place so incredible. The artwork, the decor, the homemade breakfasts. The owners and staff were super nice! The vila is in the small town of Colares and is a short drive into Sintra. We wanted to stay near Sintra, but wanted to avoid the crowds and Vila Vitorino was perfect! Great price for what you get, if we ever……

The woman who owns it grew up there and has so many fascinating stories to share about the house. Although it’s down a narrow gravel road, it’s easily accessible by car, Uber, and even Uber eats if you decide to order in. “Small, boutique hotel that had numerous cosy seating areas and lounges. We were upgraded to a suite and had a separate lounge. Just beautiful in every way. Black out shutters, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Host was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food out rounding and much better than local village. Couldn’t get a more perfect location. Walk down the hill 5 minutes to the village of Sintra and up the hill 5 mins to the Iniation Well and Palace. Cannot fault this place. ”

“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”
