Nice hotel with spacious rooms on the beach

I loved the spacious room & the friendly welcome of the recepcionist. The lady at the breakfast was also super friendly. :)

Nice rooms, but food best avoided!

Certainly shouldn't be called a luxury hotel. The room & breakfast were fine. However, lunch was nothing more than slop, served to you like an old fashioned school dinner! Bolognese sauce, made from pork mince and heavily sweetened, served with cold spaghetti was the best of a very bad choice! The evening meal, which was described as a buffet dinner, was exactly the same food as at lunchtime, reheated and again slopped onto a plate by the kitchen staff! Definitely would not recommend you take the dinner, bed & breakfast package! In the end, we asked for a refund of the cost of dinner & went out instead!

Name of the hotel is not daily program

No fresh food for breakfast & no fridge to cool diaries. The room was not turned over, nor new towels. Stuff is doing the job without passion. Name of the hotel "luxury" is not what you should expect, it's normal standard (photos on Homepage are looking mich better!).

Prima voor enkele dagen weg en wellness

Fijn hotel met grote kamer. Ontbijt sober maar compleet en daarmee goed. Er is 'savonds de mogelijkheid van een buffetdiner voor circa 12,5. euro. Das was de eerste dagen prima toen er veel gasten waren. Bij steeds minder gasten nam de kwaliteit en keuze evenredig af. Maar voor dit geld heb je een goede maaltijd en veel restaurants in het centrum van Siofok waren nog dicht. Samengevat: een prima hotel met leuke wellnessfaciliteiten en een mooie ruime kamer. En redeljk eten. goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en dus prima.

Amateurhaft geführtes neues Hotel

Das Hotel macht oberflächlich einen sehr guten Eindruck. Der Empfang und die Reception sind amateurhaft. Zwei Damen, die nicht wissen wie sie die Zahlung und den Check In richtig abwickeln. Man ist überfordert und vertröstet die Klärung auf den Abreisetag. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und neu. Das eine der zwei zusammengeschobenen Betten fällt halb auseinander. Genauer hinsehen darf man nicht, es ist nur oberflächlich sauber. Der Laminatboden klebt, in den Schubladen findet man Müll zahlreicher Vorbewohner und das Bad ist auch nur oberflächlich rein. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, das Dampfbad außer Betrieb, das Schwimmbad nur ein riesiger Whirlpool. Wassertiefe 1m. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, wurde jedoch nie nachgelegt. In Deutschland wäre dies ein 2 Sterne Hotel. In Ungarn sieht man dies als Luxus an. Vieles ist einfach nicht durchdacht, die Möbel sind ganz normale Einrichtungsmöbel die nicht für Hotelbeanspruchung ausgelegt sind. Naja, für eine Nacht und recht kleinem Preis war es ok.

Nice stay to enjoy a short vacation

Overall, it was nice to stay. The room was spacious, and the hotel is located just in front of the lake. Breakfast and dinner were also nice. There are sauna, spa, and indoor swimming pool as well. On the other hand, it was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff in English. We made a certain request, but they did not get it well and made a wrong reservation about spa (but they were kind!)

Majdnem négy csillagos hotel

A szoba szép tágas, de feleslegesen sok bútor van benne. A fürdőszoba szép tiszta. A terasz lenyűgöző. Viszont a folyosó szőnyeg régen volt felporszívózva. A foglalásnál nem szerepelt, hogy az uszoda nem használható. A wellnessz részleg nyitva tartása (9-18) nem vendégbarát. A környéken nincs semmi vásárlási, szórakozási lehetőség. A recepciót nem lehetett telefonon elérni.

Zimmer top. Alles andere "genügend"

Zimmerservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nur nach jeder Aufforderung wurde so mehr als recht das Zimmer gemacht. Lage vom Hotel ist schön und ruhig. Das inbegriffene Nachtessen war gut aber kleine Buffetauswahl. Morgenessen war gut. Aussenpool ist sehr klein. Jedoch sehr grosse Zimmer mit Balkon.

Odpoczynek z dala od zgiełku

Hotel położony kilka kilometrów od centrum, na początku sezonu bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica (tak spokojna, że nie za abrdzo jest gdzie zjeść bez wycieczki do centrum). Obsługa hotelu miła i pomocna, jednak ciężko się z nią porozumieć, ponieważ po angielsku mówi tylko 1 osoba. W pokoju codziennie zmieniane kosze, jednak sprzątanie miało miejsce 1 raz podczas 5 dniowego pobytu (i było niezbyt dokładne). Taras bardzo przyjemny, z widokiem na Balaton (oddalone o jakieś 100 metrów od hotelu. Miłą niespodzianką było łóżeczko i wanienka dla dziecka. Śniadania kiepskie, codziennie to samo, nie podgrzewane, strasznie tłusto.

High price, very very very bad service. Don't go.

When I book this apartments, I think, that will be best option for my family and kids. When I come there, I was so shocked what receptionist woman do for us. I booked room with lake view and they give me room with city view. Also I book room with terrace and they give me room with small balcony. Than wifi...free wifi, but working good only at the 5th floor at restaurant. When you are connected, you need wait two minutes for send one basic email. Than receptionist woman send us to 5th room for lunch and restaurant was closed, they have open restaurant just for breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Dinner cost 3500 HUF, so when you take your car and go 3 km to city center, you can have same dinner even cheaper. TV has just like a few programs, nothing international. Woman at the reception cant speak english well. So in total was so bad stay for us for 80 EUR. I know, that when I travel to this destination next time, I should don't take this apartments and fully not recommended for any my friends.

Fredelige dager ved Balatonsjøen.

Hotellet ligger ca 4 km fra Siofok by ved Balatonsjøen med flott strandpromenade og yrende fugleliv for de som ønsker å spasere inn til byen. (En taxi koster 3000 HUF ca 100 NOK) Byen Siofok og området rundt er et typisk sommer-feriested og utenom sesongen var hotellområdet der vi bodde nærmest utdødd, bare noen få hoteller og restauranter holder åpent og nærmeste butikk ca 1 km unna. Stille og fredelig for de som ønsker å slappe av etter hektiske dager i Budapest. Siofok sentrum derimot har mange restauranter, butikker og severdigheter, her ligger også jernbanestasjonen med forbindelse til bla Budapest ca 1,5 time. Vi hadde halvpensjon og frokosten og spesielt middagen var veldig bra og velsmakende. Hyggelig betjening og greie priser på drikkevarer.

Ich muss sagen wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Wir wussten, dass es erst neu eröffnet hatte und dachten uns schon, dass einige Mängel sein würden, aber das war zuviel. Schon bei der Ankunft konnte keiner an der Rezeption wirklich Englisch. Das gesammte Geld wurde uns auch schon vorher abgeucht, obwohl es hieß es wird erst im Hotel bezahlt. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, war es vom Vorgänger noch nicht gereinigt. Das Zimmer hatte ein Balkon, auf dem man nicht rauchen konnte, was in Ordnung war. Jedoch haben die Angestellten hinten auf einer Terasse geraucht, wo der Besucher kein Zutritt hatte. Es gab auch nur eine Zimmerkarte für den Storm und den Zugang zum Hotel, so dass, wenn der Partner mal raus wollte, der Andere im Dunkeln saß. Mein Glas Wein zum Abendbrot wurde mit jedem Abend teurer, ohne jegliche Begründung. Am zweiten Abend wurde der Service berechnet und am Dritten war es doppelt so teuer. Ein weiter Punkt war das Frühstück, wenn es jeden Tag bis um zehn Frühstück gibt, erhoffe ich mir als Gast auch halb zehn noch ein Frühstück, wo es nur noch die Hälfte gibt. Es gab noch andere Sachen, aber das waren die ärgerlichsten Beipiele.
