Het is een ruim appartement in een groot complex waarvan de meeste andere appartementen particulier zijn. Het is er erg rustig, geen last van andere bewoners gehad. Het is goed bereikbaar dmv trap of lift. Het appartement ligt op begane grond, heeft een ruime tuin en terras. Bijna gehele dag zon in de zomer. Interieur is verouderd, veel prullaria en oude spullen zoals pannen, borden. Appartement is schoon. Overal rolluiken, alleen op grote slaapkamer defect waardoor in de vroege ochtend erg licht.
